Super Torta is a Super Disappointment Let's be brutally honest. Super Torta is an experience best avoided. From the moment you step into the stark, almost aggressively bare dining room, you know you're in for a rough ride. The decor screams "budget motel breakfast nook," and not in a charming, quirky way. The prices, shockingly, do not reflect the quality of the establishment. You'd expect gourmet cuisine for the exorbitant costs, but what you get is closer to a sad, reheated TV dinner. The food lacks any semblance of seasoning, leaving you with a bland, uninspired mess. Each bite was a testament to how little effort went into its creation. Adding insult to injury is the truly abysmal customer service. The staff seemed disinterested and bordering on rude, contributing to the overall unpleasant atmosphere. It felt like they were doing you a favor by taking your order. In summary, Super Torta is a masterclass in how to ruin a dining experience. If you're looking for authentic Mexican food, or even just edible food, look elsewhere. Save your money and your taste buds. You'd be better off microwaving a frozen...

Read moreI usually grab a different variety of tacos the 2 times I’ve been here (lengua, chicken fajita, asada, carnitas). The tacos are amazing! They are big portioned and tasty. I would give the food 5 stars! That being said, I have the same complaint as everyone else about the customer service; particularly with the gentleman at the register. He is very aggressive and rude. The two times I’ve been here, he cuts me off in the middle of me telling him my order to ask me how many tacos I want. He acts as if I am annoying him just for supporting the business. I have also seen him be extremely flirtatious and friendly towards women customers. The cook who handed me my order was very nice; it was like night and day. Their tacos are amazing but not worth putting up with the rude customer service. There are plenty of other restaurants/food carts in this city that serve amazing tacos; that at the very least, have decent customer service skills. I will be taking my business else where...
