In a region devoid of good Mexican food options, this place ticked almost all of the boxes. High quality, serviced by the proprietors, this place is worth going out of your way for. In an area of town with plenty of on-street parking, the ambiance inside really compliments the food. Honest people, good food, chic yet approachable atmosphere where you can't go wrong. Give it a try (especially if you are hankering for good interior Mexican food). Brought my Tex-Mex buddy and even he couldn't fault it. Great tortillas. Only minus was rice was served for breakfast, but maybe that's how they do it in Oaxaca. Arriba y Andele Pues!!!!

For some reason I never knew it was tucked away where it is, so I definitely would have missed it if I wasn't invited to come. It looked like a fun atmosphere and folks were kind. I will need to come back to try the other things on the menu.

Amazing! They were happy to customize my order when I asked, and I didn't have any tip cash on me, so I'll be back soon. The inside is pretty. Also going to have to try the drinks... Food was so good I forgot to take a picture. I got to try cactus for the first time, it's like a juicy bell pepper. Would recommend!

This place is amazing! The workers/ owners remind me of home. They were very sweet and treated my boyfriend and I like family. The food is amazing. Home made quality. The breakfast burritos, tacos,quesadillas, sopes, rice, guacamole, and horchata are all amazing, and I’m sure everything else on their menu is fantastic too, we just haven’t had the chance to try everything! The atmosphere is great, inside and outdoor seating available. Super happy we found...

SERVICE: very personable and positive vibes.

CLEANLINESS: extremely clean

DECOR AND AMBIENCE: vibrant colors, enticing decor

FOOD/DRINKS: The tamarind sour is a must have. Best breakfast burrito in the Portland area.

PRICE/ VALUE: Above average cost for an excellent experience, so great value.

RECOMMEND? Definitely going again. Hard to find authentic, happy...
