I really like this store because they usually have all the supplies I need or they tell me where I can find what I need. And they’ve directed me to other places to find certain materials (like certain sized gold fill wire) at a less expensive cost. Because they are a smaller store that carries a lot of everything their prices on some items might be slightly higher than some other stores but they are happy to tell you where to go for whatever you need. They are very reasonable, professional, and friendly. Their end all goal is to provide quality and to be helpful. I'm so excited and happy to write this review! I need to re-bead my grandmother's multi-string choker, and I was very anxious about doing it myself. This store came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. Not only is Ann a master beader, but she alleviated all of my anxiety with her knowledge and kindness making sure I had all of the tools I needed. She even showed me how to use my new tools to get me started with my project. This place isn't just a bead shop but a way of life and therapy. I went to Dava to get help fixing a necklace. The new owner, Amber, was wonderful. So patient and helpful. While simultaneously assisting multiple customers with their various needs, she helped me out a lot. She found the necessary pieces and even made the repair for me and only charged me $10 above the materials. This shop is a great resource for DIY and if you need a little help.
