This is for the dominos on Lombard pdx only I work nearby and have for 13 years sometimes maybe once a year a call for a pizza for lunch because maybe I didn't have time to stop and get something at a store on the way because of traffic or what not... So I hadn't ordered in a long time and the manager started complaining to me that he'd had nothing but problems from the people who work here..mind you 100s of different people work here every year and we have 2 shifts so whom ever he had a problem with isn't me but yet today I ordered my lunch because I barely made it too work on time because of an accident on i84 I work at the ship yard not in a office I work min 10 hours per day 6-7 days a week and I'm not married so I do everything myself. And I'm starving I ordered a head of time by about a hour which never before was a problem in 13 years I did online because my card was in my phone instead via phone call like I have in past I tip the driver's well their friendly but the manager canceled my order didn't calle to tell me like he he did he did it by email ..I ve had my head in a welding hood and the place is a couple ackers so there's no time to run to 7 eleven. He canceled my order because I ordered an hour before which is ok to do except he's no customer service and very rude .I never did any thing to him quite frankly I'm not sure how he got to be manager with...

I called to get the pizza replaced for free because no one showed and I waited 40 mins before I went to bed without dinner. When I called on Sunday the guy was horrible, he told me he wasn't going to replace it for free, he said he was the manager but would not give me his name, he told me he was the general manager and no one was above him. Because I asked to speak to someone above him that could help me because he was extremely rude, he laughed and mocked me on the phone, he refused to give me the corporate office info. I will never order from this location again.
highly doubtful that your general manager is working on a Sunday! So, I'm pretty sure this employee is pretending to be the general manager.
I want my pizza replaced for free I waited 40 mins and it never came and I couldn't call because the store was closed. ! That's why I waited until today to day to get my order replaced but whoever this "manager guy was" at 245 pm on Sunday wouldn't Help me.
I don't know what that guy's issues was but he shouldn't work in customer service period. Horrible representation for your company. I will adjust my comment when I get my pizza replaced fo free!!! Like...

But tonight at this location , late night , I could have been last pick up but none the less I deserve to be treated respectfully .
Nothing major and mostly demeanor but , older scruffy looking guy who really gave an air of ā I hate my jobā but made we wait outside , even though I was visibly standing at door , while he walked around store .
Once in he appeared pissed that I reminded him about my sprite as he only had my pizzas ā¦. He snidely commented ā we donāt keep the hot and cold products together ā and then looked at me like I was stupid . I strongly suggest further education or some type of training if working at Dominoes makes you...
