Heartbreaker // Summer Ice Cream Pop-Up! — Restaurant in Portland

I'm a vegetarian, my husband eats everything, it's not often we find a place that will suit what we're both in the mood for. We were coming off a plane from NYC, and looking for something quick that was a departure from the airport food we'd been eating. I had the Jolene Jolene with the carrot pup and he had the South x PNW with a beef pup and we were both jealous of each other's hot dogs!
