Read until end - 2 day problem Unfortunately, every time I go to this location it’s usually in the evening when someone who is a shift lead named Veronica is working. She constantly is taking orders inaccurately, overcharging, not giving back correct change, etc. this last time, I went through the drive through and she took our order. It was only two meals. She had to be corrected 2 or 3 times to get the order correct. She then overcharged us. We got home and realized she gave us the wrong size of fries. We called about it and spoke with her on the phone. She said she would help us no problem and she was waiting for us. We went back and tried to speak with her about the issue. She argued with me and said that they were out of medium sized container for fries so they used the small size bag instead. She tried to tell me they hold the same amount. I was charged for a medium size. After her arguing with me over it, I just asked for a refund and she tried to refund me less than what I paid for the meals. I said that wasn’t the proper amount and she tried to take the money back and just waived her hand and said bye. I grabbed the $12 before she could, because I would rather be out $3 instead of $15. At this point she walked away and another employee asked what was going on. He called the manager to come over to the store.

Finally the manager gets there and was able to get things sorted out. He refunded us and wrote down that we had a free meal for the troubles.

Ok fast forward to next day. We go into the location in the evening to get the free meal, and Veronica is working again. She tried to refuse to take our order, then told us we had no free meal. At this point I asked to get the number of the manager. She said she couldn’t find it. We said we were going to wait for her to find it.

She eventually ‘found’ the manager’s phone number and gave it to us and our free meal but it was like pulling teeth from an alligator with an attitude.

My mother and I went to this place last week and ordered two meals.. I got my sandwich and it had shredded yellow and brown Lettuce on it. I asked the lady who was supposed to be the manager for fresh lettuce and she would not exchange my lettuce she wanted to bring me some more of the shredded lettuce so I can put it on myself. I asked her if she could take my sandwich and just put the big piece of lettuce on it that was in the picture she got upset Said no told me that what I was seeing in the picture was wrong. She then walks away as I'm trying to talk to her I said excuse me mam 3 times as she ignored me. Then my mom went up to the counter and told the lady that we were still talking to her we were going going to tell her to go ahead and make one with out rotten lettuce so my mom asked if she could do that she said no. She said we can't have it remade and she said do you not want that one my mom said no it has rotten lettuce on it. She then said ok got mad gave us only the money for our sandwich. My mom comes to me saying well I guess you can't eat she won't sell me anything. I went up to her and said excuse me what is the problem she got loud and got smart. I tried calling the Manger who I left 3 messages for a text and no response. I literally at this point had this lady and the maintenance guy bashing me on why I was being rude. The lady is behind the counter speaking Spanish mind you I'm part Hispanic and white but I look white. I understand what she is saying so I say this is what makes our ppl look bad this is exactly why trump don't want us here. Yes I should not have said it but I was pissed being called names my self. Today I stopped on my way home from work to get some food. Pulled up to the microphone. Waited about 2 minutes of nobody reading me or asking me what I wanted before I pulled up to the window. Sat there for about a minute. Still before someone finally pulled up to the window and said " I told you I needed a minute, then you went ahead and pulled up to the window". " What do you want?". I hadn't even talked to this person yet. I had said no words and I automatically got lit up by this guy. Apparently he was in the bathroom when I approached the microphone and said something to me. There was no sound that came out of the speaker. Their attitude is incredibly nasty.

I almost just left without buying anything but then realized that I could get a receipt with a survey on it if I bought something. I went ahead and bought a drink. He then tried to give him it to me without a receipt. I told him I definitely want to receipt and he replied with some snide comment about how I seem to think he's going to steal from me.

Got a receipt and asked to talk to the supervisor. He tells me he is the supervisor and there's no one else I can talk to. Finally, I gathered that the actual person above him works out of a different store location.

Update.

I took the survey that was on the receipt. Then while talking to an employee at the other store discovered that the name on the receipt was a woman's name. I never even saw a woman and the name that the guy I talked to was definitely not this woman's name. I informed the supervisor while there that I just took a survey that did not end well for the person on the receipt and that the person on the receipt is not. Actually the person should have...
