NEVER eating here again!!!!!!!!!!

First off, when I ordered on the phone the lady was SUPER awkward and basically hung up on me without saying goodbye after I ordered a pick up order. My boyfriend went in to go pick up the order and we realized they gave us the completely wrong burrito when we got home. The burrito that they gave us was terrible! It was steak and rice and that's it! Super dry! Sometimes when places give us the wrong burrito I will eat it anyway if it's good but this was so plain and gross that I couldn't. The burrito I actually ordered was a carnitas burrito with sour cream, guac, and fajita veggies so I paid extra to put all of that stuff in there.

I called back thinking they would refund me some of my money or give me the correct burrito but they said they couldn't since the lady didn't give my boyfriend a receipt. I told them I could bring the burrito in to show them and they said they couldn't do that. SERIOUSLY!? The burrito foil said "VEGGIE CARNITAS" and had steak and rice inside only.

NEVER AGAIN! Terrible...

Always the best food! Love it so much asked if they catered and they do. They catered our wedding and oh my gosh went above and beyond. We had some allergy restrictions and they worked with it. They brought extra wonderful food as a gift and people still can’t stop raving about it. We have a vegan taco bar and meat eaters couldn’t tell the difference. They all thought it was chicken. People still are raving and reaching out to me who the cater was and if they can get recipes. Alicia is in charge of catering, so incredibly sweet and nice. It was a new venue for them and she came with us to walk and see it. She told us exactly what they can bring and deliver and they did. They were amazing with the venue manager who didn’t respond at all and they made it work. Appreciate their flexibility especially since venue pulled some last minute stuff which was not in the contract. I highly highly recommend this place to eat. To cater. You will not be disappointed! The 1st time I came, after told my husband what I want, I with my kid went sit on the table, the guy came and said : " no, you can sit here, you have to go order food before you sit " , ok. I went back stand next to my husband wait for him did order. All the table for 4 seat got "reserve" on it, so we sat on the table for 2 with my husband, me and our kid. He came and said " you can't combine 2 table " even we didn't do that. Today, we came back again, get the line, order food, took the number, go find a table. And all the table for 4 seat got " reserve " again, so we seat where got the table be "combine" for 4 seat already. And that guy - again - came and said " no, you can't sit here, you have to move over there for the table what bigger . You cannot use 2 table like this". And that time, just only have our family and 1customer . All the table empty. BUT we cannot sit there. Food ok, but even food more better. We won't come back, forever. 2 time with 2...
