Hannah Naomi Jewelry — Local services in Portland

I ordered a couple letter charms to gift to someone close to me. On their website it says they pair well with a box chain, so I purchased that, assuming the items were made to go together. Shortly after my order went through, I received an email asking how I wanted the letters installed. I thought, how nice, that will save me the trouble of having to thread them myself through the chain. My items came in the mail today, and to my surprise, not only are the two charms floating in the box, unattached to the chain, but the chain clasp size makes it impossible to thread the charms into the chain. I emailed the store to ask what I was supposed to do, and I was told that I would have to open the jump rings with my hands, or with pliers, and install the charms myself. So much for good customer service. Upon trying to do this, I realized it is completely impossible for me to do it with my bare fingers...the jump rings won't budge. So now I am stuck with a chain and two charms I can't thread into it. Absolutely infuriating. I was also given the option to come into the store...which is an hour away from me. Had I known how this was going to be, I would have purchased my items elsewhere...since there is nothing unique about this store's items. I'm waiting to hear how I can return these pieces, since they completely defeat their purpose. Never...

The selection is OUTSTANDING with unique and delicate pieces, prices are more than reasonable, quality is great, and it’s so convenient being able to actually try the rings on and play around with different combos/ sizes in person vs having to order online and hope for the best. The girls working there are so kind and helpful too, no pressure at all to rush or buy anything, just great suggestions + help.
