I wanted to share some feedback about my visit today. I’m currently going through a stressful week of medical appointments at OHSU, and I was really looking forward to treating myself to a coconut cold brew with ube whip and a coconut pandan cream soda—small comforts during a tough time.

I specifically requested light ice in both drinks, as I prefer not to have them overly diluted. However, both cups were completely filled with ice, leaving only a few small sips of coffee and cream soda. What I had hoped would be a bright spot in my day ended up feeling a bit disappointing.

I completely understand that mistakes happen, especially during busy times. If there’s any way to experience these wonderful drinks as intended—with the light ice I requested—I’d really appreciate it.
