Went through the drive-through the last night and was talking about my evening how I'd spent the day at my friend's funeral And showed the gentleman at the window the brochures. When I went to grab my phone to pay I noticed it was dead so I said hold on and I went to plug it in only to realize I grabbed the wrong charger when leaving to go to my friend's funeral. The gentleman at the window said oh don't worry about it it's ok, Only to look at me about a minute later and ask me for the total again. I said I thought you said it was OK and he goes oh yeah I know that's fine, And then turned around to grab the drink That was Short blonde lady with bad acne Only to turn around again and ask me for the total telling me He's really really sorry and that hes new. So I asked the lady if they do not do That anymore it was where they covered drinks on a bad day or whatever it may be and she just said they only are allowed to do it limited amounts of times and so they're really picky About who they give it to, which was highly insulting because the gentleman already said it was ok so it was like she was saying my situation didnt live up to her standards. So myself and my 2 yr old who had a tonsillectomy on Thursday last week and was getting a not-so, left. Went home and dropped her off, got the charger i needed and my bfs debit card and went to another stand, with the ability to pay, told them what happened and they comped the drinks. Yall need...
Read moreI was really excited. Normally nice people work at this location, and I get it people have bad days. Had a wonderful time with the person taking my order, but whoever just clocked in was not having a good day. I emphasize with them. All I wanted was a not so hot coffee, that is yes, a hot coffee. Imagine that, like a kids hot chocolate? I overheard them talking to the other, and they were complaining about having to make a hot coffee on a hot day. (I don't mind, I do feel a bit bad for the inconvenience but a treat coffee for me I just got my tongue tie cut) Proceeds to hand me an awfully hot coffee, really hot, I wouldn't say scalding because I was to scared to try it after touching the cup. Anyway, I tried to blow it off, rationalize it. Normally I would, ya know? I was just so excited for that coffee. It was a golden eagle, it's breve. So it couldn't be too hard to not make it hot. I couldn't even touch it, just thinking about it, I was trying not to cry. I really wanted just a treat, I've been feeling awful. It was so small but They were so upset about having to make a coffee that wasn't super hot, so they gave me an extra hot one. Long story short I wanted a tepid coffee they gave me scalding, I cried. Nothing too bad. Anyway that person...
