Don't go to this Restaurant I redeemed my points for 2 Blizzards and when I went to go pick my orders my phone died on me so I couldn't use the GPS on my phone to help me get to the Restaurant so I asked a lady at the bus stop if she knew where it is and she said that a Dairy Queen went out of business and that there is no Dairy Queen on Division so when bus came I asked the bus driver for directions because she did the Division route and she told me that a Dairy Queen on Division is closed and that it had been closed for a long time and that there is no Dairy Queen on Division so since they told me that there is no Dairy Queens on Division so I turned back around and went back to my Motel room because I'm new to Portland I don't know my way around town and I don't know where places are at and the Restaurant won't refund my points back to me and I couldn't charge my phone until the next day so and when I did charge my phone the Restaurant was closed so In the morning time I tried to call the restaurant to talk to the manager but nobody answered the phone so I decided to turn on the GPS and see if the Restaurant was actually their or not so when I got their than I seen that there was actually a Dairy Queen their so I went in the Restaurant and talked to the manager and he told me that he isn't gonna refund my points back and I needed to call the Corporate office and talk to them so I called them and told them what happened and the still haven't refunded my points back to me yet so I'm like really mad about it just because I was told that there was no Dairy Queens on Division St and they haven't refunded my points back to me. Then I watched them put the cups down and stand around and talk for about another 4 min. Read moreThe girl working the cash register yesterday around 6:30-7:00PM had TERRIBLE customer service. I am not picky about that kind of thing whatsoever, but she was just awful. She had such an attitude, and had a conversation in the middle of taking our order with another employee. She just abruptly stopped taking our order and started talking to someone else for about a minute, and then looked at us as if she were waiting on us, when in fact, she was the one who interrupted our order to chit chat with a coworker. She also didn’t greet us at all when we came up, just said “for here or to go?” with no expression on her face. It threw me off that there was no “how are you?/how can I help you?/are you all set to order?/what I can I do for you?/etc” so I misheard her and asked she repeat herself, and she just said “for hear or to go?” In that slow aggressive way, as if to make the person who misheard you feel like you’re dumbing it down for them. Then she stared me down as if she was somehow trying to intimidate me. It was so weird and uncalled for.
