Placed my first order with them online. After ordering, the site said that the pizza would be ready in 80 minutes! I figured that couldn't be right, so I checked another location and it said that pizza would be ready in 30 minutes. I assumed this meant that the times we are least somewhat accurate.
So I went ahead and ordered. I arrived after 60 minutes, still 20 minutes early according to the website and email I received after the order. The guy brought out the pizza immediately. So I had to ask when the pizza was actually made.
He told me the pizza was made 40 minutes ago. It had been sitting there ever since. I opened the pizza and felt that it was lukewarm at best, but essentially cold. I told him that the website told me 80 minutes, and that I received zero notification of otherwise. His response was "yeah, I'm sorry about that. You can't really go by the times on the website." He extended no offer to make another one or provide an actual hot pizza at some point in the future. So I drove away with my cold pizza.
Added one star because it was decent pizza despite being completely cold when I ate it. Otherwise, I'm extremely disappointed by their process and the fact that I didn't get a hot pizza, nor an offer to have a hot pizza. Not sure what they expect us to do....wait in the parking lot for some unreferenced amount of time, somewhere between 20 minutes and an hour and a half? Then call constantly to ask if it's done yet? Not a great...
Read moreLeonardo’s used to be my go-to take out pizza place. Their buffalo chicken specialty pizza was what dreams are made of. Since getting rid of that pizza as an option, I decided to give them a shot with something different, so I ordered a large pizza with extra cheese, olives, chicken and feta - cut into 8 slices instead of 16 (an option on their website when ordering). Received said pizza with no feta cheese, no extra cheese, cut into 16 slices and over cooked. The crust was so thick that pretty much half of the slices was crust. I was offered to leave some feedback via an email sent confirming my pizza. So I did and asked for someone to contact me. A week later and nothing. I ended up throwing away half of it! $36 (before tip)...
Read moreThis is one of the neighborhood pizza shops within walking distance, and its always nice to have nearby shops that offer more then just an adequate meal closeby. The ingredients offered are both traditional and creative, and always taste fresh. You have a wheat and white dough to choose from as well as a decent gluten free option. You can also choose the thickness of the crust. There are good vegan options here. The vegan cheese I tried felt more like an alfredo sauce then a melted chesse, but the flavor and the texture were enjoyable. The shop is accessible by wheelchair and parking is decent. They are doing a great job of observing social distancing. You call when you arrive and they bring your order to their...
