Sadly disappointed when our smoothie bowl order that we placed online an hour and a half before pick up was not ready when my daughter went in to pick it up. They asked her if I wanted the peanut butter (1.00) mixed in or on top and then never did either. The extra topping she ordered (.75) was also forgotten. All the toppings were limited, nothing like the pictures. We drove 50 mins to get there. When I called to let them know (2 mins after pickup) they told me they couldn’t make us new ones (or just hand us the toppings through the door, because they were closed now. My partner and I go to Blake Orchard weekly. The smoothies and bowls are very consistent in terms of size and taste, and I think their recipes are better than others I have had in the greater Portland area. The wait can be a bit long, which is why we plan ahead and order for pickup :) I see a lot of complaints about wait time and basically, this is a popular place and if you order online and show up 20-30 minutes later, you won't have to wait. Parking is always easy. They are also good about updating their online ordering system, when they have run out of an ingredient. Hey Blake Orchard, you guys make some pretty solid juice and a couple okay smoothies. I’ve spent $2,300+ so far this year on them ! So that shows how much I like the juice. Sadly after a series of disappointing interactions with your staff this will be my last morning picking up a Smoothie & Juice as I do every single morning. The only male staff member I have interacted with is rude and condescending consistently. You guys should also be giving heads up before a customer pays if they’re going to have to sit outside your establishment for an hour to receive a smoothie.
