1st I will start off by saying that this location's store manager discriminated against a woman with a service animal and told her that her dog could not be in the store . When I informed him that it was illegal for him to tell her that she could not be in the store with her service dog with her service dog he told me the only dog allowed in the store is a seeing eye dog which is incorrect. On a completely separate note I went there today I normally just go there when I'm doing laundry and I'm hungry because it takes a long time and it's right next door, So I proceeded and ordered an extramost bestest. I ate one piece and thought to myself there was very little pepperoni on this extra most best pizza. So I went in to the store I took the pizza back in and said granted there is one piece gone this extra most best St. Pizza does not have as much pepperoni as it should. Tperiod the store workers told me told me that they change the amount of pepperoni that comes on the pizza and now it comes with the exact same amount as their classic pepperoni pizza for a dollar more.. Told me that the new owner changed the Amount of pepperoni for the pizzas so anybody that orders an extra most bestest pepperoni pizza is really paying a dollar more...

It was ready for pickup when I arrived 10 min after ordering it. (Although at this point I imagine my order was a top priority)
I ordered a HOT AND READY pretzel crust pizza at 4:33 paid my money then the guy asked for my name (did not hand me a pizza) at 4:43 I asked how long it takes to get a HOT AND READY pizza and was informed they had just had a rush, my reply was shouldn't somebody have told me that before ordering and paying for a HOT AND READY pizza, at 4:48 I decided to be very verbal about my lack of pizza and by the way people were walking in the door ordering pizzas being told 8 minutes and getting them while I was waiting, by 4:53 they were tired of me and told me it would just be a couple of more minutes or I could have my money back, I took the money and left, when I got home I sent a complaint to the franchise expressing my discontent. that was a week ago haven't heard anything back so I assume they just don't care. I'm hoping the division and 142nd store cares more as I wont be going bact to the 162nd location and hope after ready this you...
Read moreeven by little caesars cheap n greasy standards, this place just sucks. pizza was severely overcooked and the bread sticks were nearly raw...still uncooked dough in the middle. the pizza was supposed to be stuffed pretzel crust, which is what i paid for AND was also listed on the printed out sticker that one of the aspiring doctors or engineers that work there stuck on the box. heavy sarcasm there was a hand written sign on the front door that featured the penmanship and spelling of a 3 year old saying that they were closed (during normal business hours) and only accepting pickups for online orders...glad i thought to do that ahead of time. the two girls in there just had sparkling personalities and were so very helpful. heavy sarcasm again i used to hate, and refuse to use, self checkouts, automated kiosks, etc...but more and more experiences like this are making me prefer robots and ai to useless...
