The quality of service depends on who is working at the time you go in. A couple of the guys who work there are super nice, make great sandwiches, and have a courteous sense of urgency when it comes to getting through the customers in line.

But, on a few occasions they' have been some super slow and lazy employees. Once it was only 7:30 pm and they were almost completely out of bread, another day they almost turned me away for service because they were closing an hour early. The last time I went there, it was such terrible service that it was mind blowing. The sandwich prep table was a mess, most of the previous customer's veggies ended up falling out of the sandwiches and eventually wasted and thrown away and was not replaced in the sandwich. The same went for when my sandwich was being made because the teenage kid making it was careless and acting stoned. It was during a dinner rush, and none of the employees had cared to restock anything in the sandwich bar, so the kid making my sandwich tried to majorly skimp me on all ingredients because there were literally only a few scraps left in the bins. Instead of quickly grabbing some things from the back to restock (especially since there several people in line after me and it was inevitable that stocking would have to be done), this silly millennial thinks he can make more vegetables out of thin air by tearing up the few small pieces he was putting on my sandwich into smaller pieces and doing magic trick shazzam hand gestures like he was a magician and thinking more will just appear. SERIOUSLY. MIND. BLOWN. Somehow through the process of making my sandwich, he also managed to knock off most of the few vegetables that made it onto my sandwich and I had to request for them to be replaced. After the whole ordeal of wasting my entire lunch break with this, the sandwich didn't even taste good and I ended up getting sick from it.

I've also noticed that several of the people who work at this location hang out with the druggies who frequent Dotty's and I've seen drug activity happening behind their building, and lots of outside traffic going in and out of their back door....

Guy( server 420) working didn't honor coupon, he said coupon expired on 11-4-24- it did not! It expires on 11-7-24- still have the entire flyer that coupons came in mail. Debit card and coupon machines not working. But credit card went through, night of presidential election, 3 ,12 inch subs for 19.99- so 2 coupons for that amount- guy( server 420) working said 5 sandwiches would be to many for him to make, needed to be 24 hr notice for cantering. A couple had come into store when guy (server 420) was making sandwiches and bellowed across store , that they might want to go somewhere else because he had to make 5 sandwiches and it was going to take a long time to make. Went back to store this am to talk with manager, guy from night before there also, manager, didn't know how to handle the thievery and lies this guy did the day before, manager said there was a was a way to put money back on card and honor the coupons that were still active, but she didn't know how to do it . She couldn't call her boss because boss had to take care of daughters medical needs. She said she could only call boss in case of emergency. So with the threatening help subway is hiring, ( server 420) charged me to knock me down, im elderly and handicap, but i stood my ground as a customer. Manager saw all this also. will never visit another subway, ever. Subway needs to own up on...

Horrible customer service the moment I walked in! ~ Dear store owner, you can thank Terrsa for this 1 Star review. ~ I walked towards the bathroom and saw that it was locked, I walked back towards the counter and line and before I said anything Terrsa says "we don't have public restrooms". ~ My response, "how do you know I don't plan to buy anything?" She says I have to buy something first. I say "I like to wash my hands before I eat". She then proceeds to ignore me like I'm lying to her. ~ I continue to speak to her and she continues to ignore me like I'm not human or I don't exist, I guess if you have a backpack your automatically homeless and less than human. ~ When I got her name to report her then I existed again, but now she had an attitude as she proceeds to lie now, saying she didn't ignore me she answered my questions twice, saying I asked questions I didn't even ask. So I told her that she just confirmed she wasn't listening to me at all, just talking at me. I informed her I will be reporting her and walked out. ~...
