Hands down, the very best biscuit I've ever tasted, and I lived in Atlanta for ten years! I thought it may be a little dry just to get this huge biscuit with egg and cheese, boy was I wrong. It was homemade tender and delicious, like a cloud that's a little crispy on the outside, egg cooked perfectly, couldn't have enjoyed it more. A large portion left me full and happy, all for $8, who could ask for more than that? Love the owner, Shae and I'm sure his cart will be very popular, can't wait to try all the other items on the menu but I'm too full just now, maybe tomorrow. Food was delicious and well priced, ready in about 10 minutes. The biscuit was larger than expected, and the jam was a brighter yummy red color than in the photos. The size would be good for breakfast or a smaller lunch, but you would likely want a side if you're pretty hungry. The potatoes were super crispy, even after 20-30 minutes.
