I ordered a “Dirty Doctor” and I asked I’m if it was like a Dr. pepper. He acted like I was dumb. I then asked if I would add strawberry and I felt almost as though he was judging me for making a modification. The drink was not mixed and tasted only like vanilla creamer. There was no ice and it gave me stomach ache due to the temperature of the drink. Looking back at the reviews of someone with the exact same complaint with a response from the owner saying quote “Thank you so much! Thanks to your review, we've made some modifications to our ice, they now come in cooler shapes and should last longer in this heat for you! Stop by and let us know, don't be a stranger!” My ice melted in 10 minutes. This drink costed me 5.90. Not worth it.

My friend showed up after I ordered my drink and she wanted to order a chocolate milkshake and I wanted to try the Dubai chocolate. The milkshake was 9.50 and she paid him $20 and was only given $10 back. Not to mention he pulled a crumbled bill out of a fanny pack. If you didn’t have coins you could have just said so or this wouldn’t have been a big deal. When I paid for both of my orders, he never showed me the screen. After my friend was scammed over .50, I felt as though I was going to get way over charged. We waited for around 30 minutes until we were then buzzed. We walked over to the food cart and he quote “didn’t mean to buzz us” and gave us 2 free soft serves on the house. The soft sever was literally the size of a tooth pick and the cone was broken, causing it to go all over me. He told us it would be 5 more minutes and I started my stop watch to see how long it would take out of curiosity. It took 25 minutes for him to finally buzz us and when we got there he hadn’t even started making the Dubai chocolate or the milkshake. So I started my stop watch again and it took 10 more minutes. Not even an apology was made after we had to wait an additional 35 for a lack luster Dubai chocolate that was soup with so much Nutella and pistachio pure and like 5 strawberries, and my friends milkshake that was ordered as chocolate and was given vanilla. Both where uncomfortably warm. Just like my dirty soda.

I got a chocolate milkshake for $9.50, I paid in a 20, he gave me back $10. He stole $.50 from me. JK that’s not that deep, I don’t care about that, but, it took him like an hour genuinely an hour to make my milkshake And he gave me vanilla. He didn’t even make me a chocolate milkshake. Also, the milkshake is like weirdly room temperature and like quite liquidy it also just taste like half-and-half. And I was waiting with my friend who is getting a Dubai chocolate and and when he buzzed us, we went there and he told us he buzzed on accident and it had been like 30 minutes he gave us free soft serve (I wouldn’t recommend paying for the soft serve, it’s the size of a toothpick), and he told us five more minutes. I don't think there's enough space in this box to leave the review this place deserves but good lord this place is amazing I tried a crepe the Dubai chocolate some ice cream he let me try on the house and one other thing I don't remember the name of all of which was so good and aside from everything being so good the service was impeccable having a food cart with better service than I get in restraunts is crazy not only did he make every desert slower so I could eat each one hot off the plate the last item he brought to my table and its not a small area. And the cherry on top was him recognizing my A7X sweatshirt and talking music with me for a little bit all around a very amazing experience will be recommending this to...
