So, I called in a order, I spoke to a gentleman name George. I clearly told him Id like to place a phone order.
He then asked me what I'd like. I told him I wanted a family size half and half. One half pepperoni, and the other a cowboy with no mushrooms.
I told him my name, phone number, and he said it would be done in 25 minutes.
I sent my care giver to grab and pay for it.
George proceeded to hit on my care giver, compliment her, and attempt to flirt. She paid for the pizza and returned to my home.
She then baked the pizza for me. And then I went to get some, and it looked really thin. Like almost no dough at all. I was confused...
So I called the restaurant and asked them why they sold me a thin pizza. And George proceeded to tell me that is what I ordered. I assured him he was mistaken, and I promised that I didn't order a thin pizza.
He said that he is the one who took the order, and that was that.
He DID NOT offer any remedy, he didn't offer any apologies, or anything. I insisted that he was mistaken and I asked him if he was gonna offer me a replacement or SOMETHING, ANYTHING for the misunderstanding.
And he said no. I was expecting at the very least an apology for the miscommunication, or maybe a discount at a later time. Or at the very most, a replacement pizza at a later date.
But no, he kept telling me that he heard me say something thst I didn't.
I then asked him if he was calling me a liar... And he said "those are your words, not mine".
I then asked him if he agreed with those words, and he didn't say anything in response.
I then got angry, and cursed at him. (which I shouldn't have done)
And asked to speak to a manager. He then told me he was the manager. I then asked to speak to a upper management or xoulsni get a number to a regional manager/general manager.
He refused. And told me to take a survey if I was mad about it.
I then called another Papa Murphys and asked what their policies were regarding this sort of situation.
And they told me that if I even accidentally burnt my pizza, I could bring it back and get a replacement.
The manager George was rude, didn't offer any remedy for the miscommunication. Failed to communicate any sort of remedy for the situation whatsoever, other than being confrontational and insisting I was a liar (in so many words).
I would like to formally apologize for cursing at George. I shouldn't have.
Let's all hope thst George can work on his customer service skills. Listen better, and not flirt with the women that patron the store...
Read moreI like this place it's convenient the place is clean the workers there are friendly I even showed up 10 minutes past the time they were closed and they still let me pick up my order and were completely nice about it I appreciate having nice places like this in the Northeast I would recommend it for sure the only thing I would be careful about is it is on a busy street so if you have kids or a dog I would definitely be careful because it's really easy for a car to drift off or for a kid that you can drift off and get hurt there so that's why recommendation please be careful and I would also recommend checking out their website it's pretty cool you can order a pizza or whatever you want over the internet without even setting up an account or having a credit card which is a pretty good trust system and you can't really beat the deals also make sure you check out coupons there's coupons all the time everyday online last time I got my pizza for 40% off just because I found a coupon right as I walked in anyways good luck thanks for taking the time to read this...
Read moreDo not use their online delivery service! I ordered a couple pizzas, but only one arrived. Online help told me to talk to the store, store told me they can't refund online orders, told me to open a ticket online, online ticket took days to tell me stores are franchises and must refund directly, called store and told no manager was there and they would call me back. It has been days, I've invested way too much time in trying to get a single pizza refunded. System seems like a scam to allow them to keep your money for undelivered product. I'm literally going to have to choose between driving down to make a stink in person over a pizza or write off the loss. I've been getting Papa Murphy's since they were Papa Aldo's, but I'm done over this nightmare online...
