Finally, real pupusas!! This is the first food cart I've tried in Portland and I highly recommend the food here. Being born in El Salvador and raised in L.A. I can tell you that this is as authentic as it gets. The pupusas were great. We stuck to the basics and got revueltas (beans, cheese and ground pork) and bean and cheese pupusas. It is worth a drive, this is a must for delicious Salvadorian cuisine! The staff is super friendly and courteous too, really clean food truck, just earned their 5 stars all...
