CAUTION Purchased $5.90 worth of food the end of September 2017. The next day our bank account showed we were charged twice by Taco Time. I figured it would be no big problem that as soon as I made them aware of the situation they'd correct it. So I called & talked to "Jose" the manager on duty. He first told me that there was no way they would do that, that I was wrong (given me the impression that he thought I was lying) & then accused me of going to Taco Bell because "that's what they do". I have my receipt which clearly reads TACO TIME. He again insisted that I had not been charged twice although my bank statement clearly shows I was charged $5.90 two different times. Because of COVID, this was my first time eating Taco Time in 2 years and WOW the quality has gone to zero. It honestly tasted too close to Taco Bell to enjoy. AND whats with the packets of hot sauce?? This location also had a 2/3 of the dining room roped off with junk stored under the tables. Something that hasn't changed....the price!! If you want to continue charging premium prices, go back to your premium fast food products. Otherwise, reduce the prices to match the lower quality product you have begun serving. Also, maybe check on your store, this place was an...
