The Bite on Belmont — Restaurant in Portland

Love it! It's walking distance from our place, so we've been here several time since we moved in September. So far, my favorites are the ramen with pork at the ramen/sushi cart, the Brazilian food was pretty good too, a little heavy, but that meant that I got 4 meals out of 1 purchase, I say that's a success. I love the vibe of the coffee cart as well, and they always have treats for my doggo :) their cannolis are freshly piped too, which it's pretty awesome. Best cart location in town! "The Bite" is more than just The Bite. This food cart pod as we call them is a community of badasses!! From the regular customers to the cart owners to all the people who show up to make the magic happen behind the scenes and at the counter. The Bite consists of many businesses and efforts and much passion that cannot be wrapped up into a name or a property name. Very trendy food truck spot with a reasonable variety of cuisine. There was at least one truck selling craft brew, it happened to be that that beer was Hell or High Watermelon brewed by 21st Amendment out of San Francisco. One of my favorites. Honestly the food we ordered wasn't that great. It was from the Viking Soul Food food truck. Actually, it was neither authentic to the viking age, nor was it soul food.
