The Egg Carton — Restaurant in Portland

I'm so lucky to have this food pod so near to my home. .. most food pods I go to it's usually for one car like on Hawthorne with chicken and guns... That's not the case with Foster carts...

It legit has more options in terms of things that I love than any other pod that I visit.

Some points of interest... • My favorite thing to order is definitely the panuchos at this Mayan spot called VALERIO'. Definitely what I order most. • The pizza spot here is top tier. And they got some crazy twists that there's me too that definitely pay out. • the fish and chips spot is really good. They even showcase a salmon option. Really rich but definitely worth it

• the overall jem is the Ghanian food spot. everything they have is really good.

• the next thing I'm going to try is the burgers. I'm always hesitant with burgers because I love a good burger but there's so many mediocre ones out there. I've now seen the burger (other people's hands) three times and every time it's looked absolutely amazing.

There is parking in the area but it is busy sometimes. The plus side is if you're patient something opens up pretty quickly I've...

I just discovered The Egg Carton this morning, driving home from the airport. I am very glad I found them. Della, my 120lb. Great Pyrenees, enjoyed the hell out of the biscuit and gravy with a piece of breakfast sausage. Unlike me, she doesn't always like gravy. She liked this gravy! As did I. I actually liked it a great deal!! Delicious! And super friendly people. It turns out that they have been here for, I think, 13 years? There is a reason for the longevity, everything about these folks and their food is top notch! Go there, spend money and enjoy...

I love going to the egg carton to eat awesome food made by Rio. She makes the egg carton a safe space to marginalized people and makes a mean sandwich. Truly a 10/10 person not like what Mike Bushman is whining about. Cry baby Mike!! Don’t shame people into feeling bad for an oppressor!! No one mourns the wicked!!!
