When this place was new they made sure they had wonderful quality. I thought this was a solid spot had a wonderful bowl of pho and thai tea from them. I believe they hyped themselves up so they could eventually serve much cheaper quality pho and food eventually. Just had this with my boyfriend and it was terrible quality probably the most low below average pho ever. The thai tea even tasted different! The boba was even different. I am astonished on the packaging & packets of sauce given with our order. I didn’t receive such a awful meal as I did today from when I had them when they first opened. I’m extremely offended. For the price of this pho and quality it’s almost an insult. The spring rolls were just a bunch of lettuce the TINIEST amount of noodles ... like almost none. The brisket was overcooked, barely any meat than last time, and they barely gave us anything to put in it! They didn’t even put jalapeños in one bag. Definitely not ordering from here again. For the quality and over priced everything... Seriously so peeved. My honest review. I was thinking it was because of covid maybe thats why they’re cutting down on quality... but my boyfriend was right... if the quality is this bad... it shouldn’t be the price it is. 7$ for to spring rolls filled with lettuce? The pork rolls didn’t even look close to how they were advertised. 1/10 stars. I know powder thai tea when I drink it.. atleast it was the only thing I could actually enjoy so thats 1 star for the mediocre false...
Read moreA casual, counter-order restaurant that serves up some delicious and creative banh mis. I tried the BBQ Tork Banh Mi (made from tofu and mushrooms) and the Pulled Pork Banh Mi. I enjoyed the texture of the Tork a lot, and I absolutely loved the strong, marinated flavors of the Pulled Pork. The bread was soft and pillowy, and smelled nice and fresh. The ratio of mayo and sauces used was perfect, and it was stuffed to the brim with crunchy pickled carrots, daikon, and cilantro. A good banh mi is all about the textures, and the mix of different textures in these was very pleasant.
For appetizers, I tried the Shrimp Salad rolls, which tasted good and standard (nothing too special there), as well as the Crispy Salad with Pork. I liked the sauce flavors and mix of crunchy vs tender textures in the salad; the pork was very flavorful.
I also tried some of the Beef Pho— the broth was excellent: very flavorful and aromatic though a little too salty. Overall, prices are solid and reasonable too, and the service was very quick. It was pretty empty for a Tuesday dinner, and it was easy to find a table for dine-in. —

Read moreA cute new Vietnamese restaurant with clean and trendy atmosphere. The staff was friendly and the food came quickly. I got the Spicy/Banh Mi as appetizer, which has ham, vietnamese sausage and cilantro on a slice of crispy baguette. I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious blend of sweet, tangy, spicy and savory in every bite. Next I got the Vietnamese curry for the main course. The flavor reminded me of my mom’s cooking. The curry wasn’t too overpowering and while creamy, the broth wasn’t too heavy. I had the curry with slices of chicken breasts. At first glance I thought the chicken would be dry, but it was tender and mixed well with the curry. With that said, the highlight is the curry and it would serve well even as a vegetarian dish. These dishes are definitely unique with the owner’s own twist to traditional ones, while showcasing essences that are still authentically Vietnamese. Overall a very enjoyable experience.
Also if you are a coffee lover, don’t forget to try their Vietnamese coffee. Intense coffee balanced with just enough creamy...
