Let me tell you about my pleasant and professional experience with Eimaan. I was inquiring about the service on the chat but I had to go to an appointment. This morning I just into chat just to get some information NOT TO JOIN. I put in my contact information in the chat and like 15 seconds later the phone rang. I was like Wow that is real customer service to respond to do a follow-up call. Eimaan was the consummate professional, with product knowledge concerning the product, business savvy, and was courteous and explained all the features. (I could tell she was smiling through the phone) All professionals that talk on the phone should remember that because Eimaan's genuineness came through the phone I have been in healthcare customer service for 25 years and am qualified to say Eimaan is the best of the best of the best. They offer 24/7 receptionist and allowed us to tailor the conversation to collect important data prior to warm transfer to appropriate internal team members. The onboarding process has been awesome. Narendran from the Onboarding team was amazing and took such great care to help us get set up. He was patient and walked us through each step. The options to this service is amazing. All the addons and ways to connect and synchronize the account to our software makes it worth every penny.
