Honestly one of the most unpleasant experiences I've ever had at a Bojangles. I went through the drive through right around 10pm this evening and sat at the call box for well over 5 minutes before being greeted. Come to find out they're only accepting cash. So I go and get cash and come back and sit at the call box again for another couple minutes before getting greeted. The man taking the order was very short with his responses and when I tried to order a menu item I was met with "we're out of that." With no attempt for a resolution. This process repeated when I ordered sweet tea for my drink. "We out of tea. Will that complete your order?" Was the response I got. So I proceed to the window where I'm met by a woman who barks my total at me and then abruptly shuts the window. Opens it to hand me my change and food asking if I would like anything else and then hands me the jelly I requested and shuts the windows and walks away. Read more23 December 2017 around 8:20pm the service Was horrible I would never go to this location again they took my order just fine then as we was going to pay the cashier(she) was on the phone and using profanity while I was paying and I thought to myself wow this chick is ghetto but ok ill get my food and leave but no I pull up to the next window and the next ghetto lady come to the window and say ( ain't no mashed potatoes what y'all want) like we was best friends so I ask for my money back and then she came back and said they can make some mashed potatoes...... They should have said that in the beginning so I had to get my money back I would not trust them with making my food this was the worst service I every had like they should get a trophy 🏆 they went out there way to be horrible like really on the phone laughing knowing you at work I know it's not bojangles fault but you really need to get the service to match the food it just keep a eye because the customers see and judge the workers before the food and today because of the workers I missed out...
Read moreI got in the line at 8:26 with 6 cars in front of me. 3 cars got out of line and I still did t get to the order intercom until 8:39. I waited a minute with no greeting. I said hello and was asked politely to hold a minute. And one minute it was. I ordered at 8:41 and got to the window and paid. I did not get out of line with the food until 8:47. The breakfast and lunch time moves slowly too but still much faster than the night shift. They can be polite but I feel like there’s not sense of urgency or even just timeliness with food service now a days and it’s not just this chain it’s others also. It seems the only place to get the most consistent courtesy and timeliness is chic fil à but sometimes you just want something different. I should have got out of line too and went home but I just pulled a long shift at work and was hoping to just eat something quick and go to bed. But this was a PROCESS.
