Boy oh boy! Ordered from this excuse for a franchise on super bowl Sunday. They messed up my order and asked if I wanted a remake or a credit. Seeing as it took almost two hours to bring my original order I requested a credit. Fast forward to a week later when I try to redeem said credit, I was told I had no credit on my account. When I asked to speak with a manager they hung up on me. I called back and they transferred me to the service center in Tennessee š” The woman at the service center stated that it was common practice for them to just transfer people without trying to resolve the issue. She put me on hold while she called the store. When she came back on she told me the credit would now be on my account. I said screw it that night because I wasnāt in the mood for their lack of professionalism and I knew my response to their behaviors would have likely landed me in jail. Fast forward to today 2/19/19 called again in and tried to place my order. The female who answered the phone again stated I had no credit on my account. I asked to speak to the manager AGAIN, while being on hold for THIRTY MINUTES I decided to drive up to the store. The hobbit at the counter was extremely unprofessional and kept laughing and smirking while I complained to the manager. He informed me it would be an additional THIRTY minutes to complete my CARRY OUT order! Needless to say I wonāt be ordering from this Pizza Hut or any other...

So I went with it and agreed to thin crust. After an hour and a half waiting for my pizza to be delivered I decided to call and find out where my pizza was since online said 55-65 min. The woman I spoke with on the phone responded by telling me that online is different than the delay at the store time and that the store delay is up to 70-90 min (on a Thursday evening) . Of course nobody informed me of this with the first call that they placed to me to inform about the no crust available situation. She then said she had to inform me that the delivery driver is making multiple stops with the pizzas and It may be even longer than that. I hung up then shortly after called back and decided to change my order from delivery to pick up. I was hung up on 3 times by the same woman I had spoken to earlier before I finally got someone else that was kind enough to answer the phone. When I finally got there to pick up my pizza it was the dryest nastiest pizza I had ever had. Just horrible. My kids were so excited to get pizza and now has turned into a horrible experience tonight for all of us. Pizza Hut at Victory Crossing you all need help! So today since my husband wanted stuffed crust I went ahead and placed an order. I received no phone call until forty minutes later when the order said it was on the way. That's when they informed me that they had my other two pizzas but they were out of stuffed crust pizza. I stated, "Why didn't you call me about this right away?" Guy on the phone replied with, "Well I'm calling you now, I didn't have too." "Once again I said, "My order says it's supposed to be on the way and you are just now calling me about any issues." The guy hung up on me. Unprofessional and unacceptable. No, I'm sorry Ma'am for the inconvience, no would you like me to refund that part of your order, no would you like us to substitute it for something else? Just a hang up.
This is by no means, MY fault. This is highly unprofessional and poor execution for the location. When I tried to call back, twice...the first time no one answered and the second time someone just picked up and hung up the phone. I had to send my husband to the store to get the issue resolved.
Will not be ordering from this...
