I arrived around 6:57am. to Krispy Kreme delighted to receive hot donuts after receiving an email about a $2 dozen after the purchase of 1 deal. I was helped by a light skin woman with twist in her two colored tone hair, who offered me room temperature dozens and I agreed because I didn't mind them not being super hot :) When I got to the car my donuts where cold to touch at the bottom of the box. When I opened them, I had a cold, "store brought" looking, hard donuts. I went back in and waited for the two customers in front of me to be serviced. While being helped, they were handled so rudely. A little woman was trying to help a older man with a discount by taking the survey on her recipient which was so sweet of her :) he walked in, asking about a senior discount because he had 3 little ones in the car also waiting for the goodies to come out. Instead of telling the man about the $2 second dozen, she decided to handle the lady rudely for trying to help him. Both are smiling and happy to be in the place of business this morning. She told her he would get one too, so she probably should hold it." The little lady hurried out, and the man took home only one assorted dozen after being serviced poorly. She then asked me what I needed? I told her the donuts were a little too cold for me, and could i get hot ones. Before i could finish, she snatched them away from me, grabbed another order she boxed for the drive Thur, and boxed me another dozen while saying, "i know how to handle this." She then fought with the bag to properly place them while being abrupt and rude. "I asked. Could 1 be sealed?" I wanted to leave a little message for my brother. He cared for me while I was sick a few days ago, and she asked me."Was this an online order?" We only add labels to online orders? I thought I was doing something wrong, this not an online order, but their you go." I told her I appreciate it. She slang my bag after rushing my donuts in the bag, and I walked out. I can careless about how I was treated, I'm pretty young, I'm used to it. But those elderly people, walking in, full of life, and good cheer, made me smile so wide. I was so happy to see that guy walk in. He made me smile. That bothered me to see him leave out without that other dozen, and I didn't want to say anything because she was already rushing him. I was furious. It was way too early to serve a sweet bun glazed in annoyance, topped with a bad attitude, and soaked in negativity this morning. I hope they get a double dose of sweetness from somewhere on this planet because I didn't get it this morning at Krispy Kreme on Victory Blvd In...
Read moreI'm sorry we decided to stop at this KK but in seeing these reviews after our visit I can tell there's an employee that seems to be very popular on these reviews as being described exactly as what we saw, yet the MGMT clearly hasn't done anything about it. My son-in-law was treating me, my daughter & granddaughter who just turned 13 & even she noticed the workers unprofessional, unfriendly & could care less attitude. If I'd been paying I'd have let her complete the order & then tell her to "keep it" & walked out so she could get a taste of what rude looks like. I often went to this location before moving to Hampton & the staff was always nice but that female (host #19)needs to taken off the schedule. I'm 65 & I'm sure I was eating at KK before this worker was born but when I return again WITHOUT my granddaughter as a witness to see another side of her Nana I ASSURE you that if I see the same service my son-in-law got she'll never forget her experience with this customer!!! Shame on whoever the so-called Mgr is who tolerates it & it must be that you're desperate for the help. I'm not Arnold Schwarzenegger but I WILL be Back, ESPECIALLY since my granddaughter said something to me after we got home about the SORRY service your worker gave her Dad. He's nice but Nana ain't so nice & neither are some other folks that may come in there. Don't bother replying to this review with some half tail excuse if you're not gonna deal with the problem & stop making KK look bad!!!! I guess your employees don't like it when customers walk in & they have to come in from outside from doing whatever they were doing. It was dark out & they walked in right behind us & went behind the counter. Didn't realize we'd been given cold doughnuts even though the "hot now" light was on until we pulled off but if I'd been driving I would've...
Read moreWe've never been to this location but I wanted to try the pumpkin donut. Well, we will NOT be back. We ordered in the drive thru, and started with a dozen donuts. As we picked donuts, the woman got an attitude and said, "Nu-uh, you can't do that! That's 13! You said a dozen." Okay, cool. So the appropriate, customer oriented, DIRECTLY RELATED TO SELLING MORE DONUTS response would have been something along the lines of, "We actually have a dozen for you. Would you like additional donuts?" Then we got a medium iced coffee... I'm pretty sure she deliberately gave us a small because she was still in her feelings over DONUTS. We paid for a medium so I looked up the actual sizes on the website when we got home because maybe their medium is just ridiculously small? Nope. She absolutely handed us a 12 ounce and NOT a 16 ounce cup. She didn't even finish our transaction, just walked away. When we got to the window, the poor woman standing there said she didn't even have an order and we had to repeat what we had and wait for her to ring us up. The woman who rang us up was nice, but the entirety of the exchange was needlessly unpleasant. Sometimes the customer is the issue, and sometimes employees have a bad day, but she was completely extra for no reason AND short changed us for what we actually paid for. Our dozen wasn't even the assortment we asked for! Not a single custard we asked for, and nothing about them being sold out, what did we want to sub, NOTHING. We still stick...
