Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Portsmouth

Went there this evening as we do every single Friday for our usual sandwiches and chips and usually we get 4 sandwiches 2 Turkey bacon clubs and 2 ham and Swiss no tomatoes and 2 chips a sweet tea and a vanilla ice cap well I was giving my order the girl working was very disrespectful and rude gladly my dash cam caught the footage of just how disrespectful she is so the way I order is a number one no tomato chips and a large vanilla ice cap and a number two chips and a large sweet tea then I order a Turkey bacon club no tomato and a ham and Swiss no tomato we save the 2 extra sandwiches for lunch the next day so we don’t have to get out for the weekend after working a 60 hour week (120+ every 2 weeks) so after every item I ordered this girl was like is that all I was like no ma’am then she said just stop and repeated the order to me very hatefully and I said ma’am I wanted the number 1&2 with no tomato and 1 of each sandwich made the same way she said well you’re going to have to get over it because we only have the bread for 3 sandwiches not 4 so you’ll have to settle for 3 I asked them if they had croissants she huffed into the microphone I said is there a problem do we need to go elsewhere she said you might if you don’t hurry up I said put the Turkey bacon club on a croissant and one on regular bread an the two ham and Swiss on regular bread she said fine pull you the window for your total and what’s funny is we order the same exact thing and the order total is different every single time we have been coming to Tim Hortons for 8 months every Friday night and the way I was treated tonight will absolutely sway me from ever going back we spend over 175.00 a month there for our dinner and lunch the next day so now we will have to go...

I usually love Tim Hortons. I hate this particular one. I've gone here a few times now, and have had nothing but issues. The staff has always been rude, and they all seem totally incompetent. I once had to have them make a sandwich 4 times. Literally all I wanted was no bacon on this bacon and egg bagel thing. Somehow they screwed that up 4 times. They have never gotten my orders correct, no matter how simple, so I'm not sure why I was surprised.

The last time I was in there I ordered 2 XL coffees. Both of them were made with spoiled cream. This was in the afternoon, so I'm assuming they had been serving it that way all day. There were big milk chunks floating all through the coffee. Sadly, I didn't realize this until after taking a big drink, and had the taste of sour spoiled dairy in my mouth the rest of the day. When I took the lid off to investigate it smelled like awful old spoiled milk. If the chunky milk hadn't already made me nauseous the smell definitely would have done the job.

2yrs later from my 1st review and the workers are still rude. We went there at around 5pm and no Boston Cream donuts and 1 vanilla dipped with sprinkles...after we ordered 6 & they told us to pull up🤦🏽‍♀️That's when they told us they had 1. I asked when will a new batch be ready because we'd just come back since they are open 24/7 at the drive thru....she told me "It will probably be tomorrow" 🤦🏽‍♀️ Like it's around 5pm...is no one else in our town going to get any donuts the rest of the evening. Come on Timmy's get your act together or at least hire some friendly workers. Sad really because I use to love this place!
