Ice-cream and service were great! I had the Graham Central Station, graham crackers and chocolate, my son had chocolate and my friend had an ice coffee blended with chocolate Ice-cream. I don't know the name of it. Ipay/Android pay accepted. Service is only at the entrance. Update: Sunday, October 2020; This business may be getting ready to shut down for the season. delicious ice cream! they serve Richardson's, (I think) as do several other stores in the area, but it beger fails to disappoint. extremely generous portions, so sharing or asking for a cover to take home can be a good option. cups, cones (including gluten-free), and flavors (traditional, dairy-free sorbet, low-sugar, and low-fat frozen yogurt flavors are available. been coming for over a decade, and it is consistently very good. under a block from the tugboats and a nice view to sit or stand by while eating. my favorite flavors are probably moose tracks, heath bar, black raspberry chocolate chip,...

I went in and asked for a cup of mocha chip, gluten-free (as claimed on the menu.) I got halfway through my cup and found a large piece of sugar cone (not gluten-free) in my ice cream! I asked the server about it and got a simple: "Oh sorry!" If Izzy's is going to claim their ice cream is gluten-free then they have to train their employees about allergies and have the procedures in place so that gluten sugar cones do not end up in the tubs with gluten free ice cream. And if there is a mistake the contaminated gluten free tub should be discarded and a new one added. Otherwise don't call the ice cream...
