Honestly my mistake for not reading the comments before going to a Taco Bell but boy should I have! I am from out of town and went here to get quick dinner. I ordered through the drive through first and they got the order wrong and put beef, cheese, and rice instead of beans, cheese, and rice, (I am a Vegetarian and have been my whole life so meat would make me very sick so it was lucky i checked the receipt and avoided that). So I went in and talked to them and told them exactly what I wanted and I thought it was all fixed when they remade my food and fixed the pricing. But no I get home and big surprise the food and price is still wrong they gave me two burritos with just pinto beans nothing else and then forgot my tomato's on my taco even though I paid an extra 75 cents for them! My order was ligit just three easy items off the dollar menu and they managed to screw it up not once but twice! I have never had such a bad experience with a Taco Bell in my life and I will never ever be going to that location ever again. I will be going back in the morning to show proof of the problems and hopefully get my money back (also i was completely over charged) bc it is to late to go out there tonight. P.S. I have never left a Google review and barely ever complain bc I know how hard food service is as I have worked it before but Taco Bell Management you should seriously think about hiring a team that actually knows how to do their jobs bc the one currently there at least when I went tonight had no idea what was going on. I went through the drive-thru the girl Shakira introduced her self, i told her I wanted a refund. Then the manager jumps on the speaker and she asked what did I have and I told her she then said to pull forward. I get to the window she ask for my receipt so I hand it to her she hands it back and say you gone have to come back tomorrow cuz it's been over a hour, I said what? I said yes you asked what I had then, you should hav asked me the time on my receipt instead of having me wait in line for nothing. She talkin bout she didn't know. My receipt say 10:30pm I looked at the clock when she said that and it was 11:35pm. Didn't want to give me a refund for my order that was nasty and dry tasting, the chips to my nachos was salty... talking bout I got to come back tomorrow because it's been a hour and 5mins. Read moreI went to this location on Frederick Blvd in Portsmouth, Va on 9/19/24 around 2pm. Having been to this location many times before, I could never have expected the level of disrespect and unprofessionalism I experienced that day. I placed an order through the drive-through for black bean soft tacos. but when I told the person taking my order that the menu wasn’t populating on the screen the right way she asked me to pull around in a frustrating manner. Once I got To the window, it was 4 or 5 employees just standing in the window, looking at me in a very threatening manner. At that point, the lady with the headphone on and said that she wasn’t gonna serve me. So I asked to speak to the manager. But she said she was the manager. but she wouldn’t provide a name at first. But eventually, she said her name was Jasmine. when I asked her the name of The general manager she wouldn’t give it to me. So I left feeling like I’ve never felt before after leaving a Taco Bell. I submitted a complaint to corporate who said someone from the store would contact me in 3 days. But Finally I got a call from the general manager named Ann Marie 4 weeks later!! And talk about attitude affecting leadership, Marie seemed uninterested and disengaged from this entire process and unwilling to try to establish an UN biased opinion and resolution.
