Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Portsmouth

Used to be good. Has gone way downhill. Got the most pathetic looking pizza ever. No pepperoni on some slices, no cheese on some of it, looks like it slid to one side. Puffy crust on one side, not on the other, I wish it would let me add a photo because this is pathetic. I would be embarrassed to hand this to a customer. Definitely not an extra most bestest as was ordered. Oh, not to mention they gave no receipt & employees were literally wearing bedroom slippers while working. EDITED TO ADD: when we went to cut the pizza that was not cut all the way thru, we realized that the dough was raw underneath & on parts of the crust. My husband graciously drove back to have it fixed & came back with Wendy's instead because although the initial lady who he spoke with said they would remake it, as soon as she went to the back a combative male employee (the one who initially rang up the order) came up, threw the pizza on the counter towards my husband & proceeded to berate him & try & argue with him loudly in a crowded lobby. Telling my husband that what he was saying was untrue & that the dough was cooked & that's how their pizzas always look, etc etc. Extremely poor representation for this restaurant. Obviously at this point, my husband did not want any other food prepared by this individual. Corporate will...

If I could give a negative 3 stars I would. Carlo Micheletti the store gm charged us an extra7$ to order a supreme minus cheese and onions. And then proceeded to yell at me through the drive through window about because you changed it, it's not a supreme, ok but the pizza was 6$ to not get cheese and onions cost more then the pizza if anything I am saving them money not getting cheese. He was rude and when I asked for the his boss's information he was like I am the gm you don't need to talk to anyone else. I said I will not do this here in the dark give me a card we can discuss this during th e day. Reluctantly he gave me the card to tidewater pie that just so happens to have the numbers of 3 other little caesars I called each of them and ordered the same thing and none of them charged us like he did they were all like it's the same price as the Supreme. One of the other stores I called I spoke to a gm there and she even said that the cheese is the most expensive topping so not getting that wouldn't be an up change. So this location is a rip off don't go there and they really should think about getting rid of Carlo he has the worst customer service to be in a customer...

This spot is ALWAYS slow. I went through drive thru and and ordered a large cheese pizza and a order of cheesy bread sticks with marinara sauce. The young lady read my order back to me and told me my price. Got to the window she took my card and took 10 minutes to come back. She came back with my cheesy bread sticks and said have a nice day. She walked off so fast I couldn't tell her she forgot the rest of my order. So she never came back so I had to blow the horn for someone to come to the window. A young man came to the window and said can I help you with something and I told him I never got my cheese pizza. He goes to the girl to tell her what I needed and he comes back to tell me that she never rung me up for the cheese pizza. At this point I'm mad because I've already been sitting in line for 20 minutes and now you have to re-swipe my card again. She comes back never said I apologize about that. She took my card swiped it then I waited an additional 8 minutes 🤦‍♀️. She comes back with the pizza and walks off again. I swear I HATE coming to this Little Caesars. I would drive across town for a better experience because the young people at this store does not care...
