I spend Money Here at least 5 to 8 times a Day Very Advid Starbucks Drinker, I Visit this One as Said at Least 4 Times a Day Well this Past Saturday on June 22 2024.. I walked in and ordered one latte today. I was the only patron in there. It took them 15 minutes to make my coffee. Would've been longer if I hadn't stood up and asked for it. Everyone was working pretty hard, but only for drive thru orders. Saw about 10-15 vehicles go through the drive thru before I started asking questions. Seems like they don't even want to help anyone who walks in anymore. I even had to raise my voice and ask anyone for help because I was looked at by no less than five baristas, and all discarded me until they saw that I was now upset. I asked why it was taking so long to make a latte. They told me they were pretty backed up. How are you so "backed up" if I'm the only one in there?
