Good food, horrible customer service. Ordered a drive through order so that I wouldn’t have to get out of my car. At the speaker I was told it would be a minute, okay. 4 minutes later order was taken. At the window I was told it would be 5 minutes for orange chicken, decided to wait since that was for the kids, and we were asked to pull up into a designated spot. This was at 6:37. At 6:53, 16 minutes later, we didn’t have food even though there was a line of cars getting orders and moving on, so we went in. I happened to see a lady getting a plate of orange chicken and about 2/3 of a bowl sitting there that had obviously been scooped several times since the crater was in the middle and it wasn’t steaming anymore...manager said, it just came out and we are making yours now...hadn’t even been started. She then proceeded to go over the drive through worker Samuel, and giggle as they looked over at me. I will not be back to...
Read moreI ordered online. I got a plate, a kids meal, and 3 rangoons. I didn't substitute anything or make changes. We picked up and drove home. Opened my son's cub meal first... noodles. No apple crisps, no meat entree. Half a box of noodles. My plate was supposed to be beef and broccoli and sesame chicken. It was beef and broccoli, no beef, and some other beef dish with mushrooms. I'm allergic to mushrooms... I called and was told if we came back, they'd correct it and comp something. We waited for 20 minutes and they still missed the apple crisps, didn't comp anything, and were clearly unconcerned with the fact that they just wasted an hour of our day because they didn't provide half the food I originally paid for and then gave me food I physically can't eat. Mistakes happen, but time and attitude go a long way. It's worse when you don't follow through on your own offer to make...
Read morePanda Express is NOT authentic Chinese good. It's the Americanized version. I know a lot of people don't know the difference. We went there for dinner tonight, and I could already see that MOST of the foods were dry, and doesn't look appetizing. I requested for fresh food even it meant it would take longer. I ordered 3 dinners. The first 2 were delivered to our table. The 3rd order was taking a lot longer that my grandson started picking on my food. The 3rd order finally came, but 1 item missing. We asked twice before it arrived our table. Their chowmein was DRY. The cashier suggested a bottled drink that cost almost $3.00. The staff looked overwhelmed, robotic, and confused. It was our last stop for dinner because most were closed due to hurricane. I don't think we'll be back...
