So on Friday August 25, 2023 around 11:30am my son and I came to THIS particular location and ordered 2 #1âs. I specifically asked the young lady who took my order outside to note that I want all straws, napkins and condiments in a separate bag away from my food. So once I received my food they did exactly what I asked them not to do. So I asked Darcy to make me new fries and explained to her what I asked the previous young lady. So we pull up and wait and when she returns I check the bags and all they did was put the condiments at the bottom of the bag and the food on top. I stopped her and asked her why were they in the bags and she rudely said âYou said you didnât want it on top of your food!â So I told her thatâs not what I said and that I need for you to listen. I proceeded to tell her what I wanted and she once again got rude took the bags and walked away. She then started to talk to someone about not caring what we wanted and that sheâs not dealing with us. All this loudly enough for us to hear. I sat there and waited for about 10 minutes all the while she was handing food and drinks out to other people and no one came to talk to me. Then Gaston comes over and I explain to him the situation. Heâs just getting to work so he has no idea whatâs going on. So image how long I could have waited had he not come in to work because no one else seemed to care. And to top it all off there were other supervisors there that couldâve handled the situation. Gaston was amazing. He LISTENED to my issues and apologized for any inconvenience. I told him that the rudeness and disrespect I received from Darcy is not vindictive of what Chic Fila is as a franchise and that thatâs the type of service youâd expect from Burger King and McDonalds. He co-signed that and also stated that he would look into it to see if sheâs done this before or how long sheâs been doing it. Everyone knows that Chic Fila is the crĂšme da la crĂšme of fast food because of there fantastic food and great customer service something I didnât received from this particular location until Gaston showed up. I am completely disappointed in the other supervisors that were there and did nothing to resolve the situation. I normally donât ask or suggest someone gets fired but she apparently doesnât appreciate her job and Darcy needs to be either FIRED or SUSPENDED and retrained on providing respectful customer service. I do not live in VA so I went out of my way to find a Chic Fila. The only reason I would go back to this location is because Gaston works there and he seems to appreciate customers and he exemplifies what Chic Fila stands for. U NEVER EVER EVER had to check behind them when you pull away from the drive thru because I had NO DOUBT that my food was correct, Hot and EVERY CONDIMENT I requested was ALWAYS ALWAYS in my bag! Now I have to do them like I do McDonalds and check my bag to make sure everythingâs there, and her lately, everything positive I just mentioned,is just the opposite đł! Some of them act like they have âNO PURPOSE AND MOVE LIKE A đ đł! Iâve tried â Mobile Orderâ twice in the past month and it was HORRIBLE đĄ I thought it was for convenience and cut down on your wait time? â WRONG đ!!!!â I waited each time probably DOUBLE the time it wouldâve taken me in the Drive thru , and each time, I had to get a workers attention to ask whatâs going on with my foodđ€·đŸââïž??? I like supporting businesses in my neighborhood , but if itâs not right, I would hate to drive all the way to Chesp. Sq. for god Customer Service and Fresh Hot food, but I Absolutely Will because it means that much to me!!    Read moreOver the past year this place has completely changed to one of the worst. My experience tonight with my fiancĂ© was absolutely terrible the only great was the young lady who brought the food to the table. She was polite and courteous but from the time I walked in the door and got in line, I see staff joking with other people (that work there) that were in line behind me and rudely jumped out of line behind me to put there order in with someone else that wasnât running a register. Then goes behind the counter to the back in the prep area and comes back out. About 4 or 5 of the employees (apparently on break) sit at a side table in the corner near the front counter, and are using vulgar language laughing and joking while they eat. I was so appalled with their behavior and language. After finishing my meal with my fiancĂ©, I decided to blow my nose to see what their reaction would be to something appalling. I was sitting in a booth on the other side of the wall with in ear shot of these staff members. I heard them all make comments about how that was gross while they are eating. Exactly how I felt with their conversations I immediately stood up and stared at them. The only person I saw the name tag was wearing a gray jacket with his name on it. I thought since he wasnât wearing a red shirt he was some kind of manager. His name was Demetrius B. I donât care that they know it was me that blew my nose. I will not go back to the Frederick Blvd location due to the rudeness of taking staff in front of the line while the line was long because they are impatient about waiting. This location needs training from Ritz Carlton on customer service skills.
