Brew Bar PNW — Restaurant in Post Falls

I was unfortunately so disappointed with this drink/snack drive through! I was very excited for boba and a bagel Sammy but they ran out of boba and I’m not sure if bagel sandwiches are discontinued. I got the loaded avocado bagel instead but it was one of the worst things I’ve ever tasted. It was cream cheese with an avocado spread and then bacon bits on top. The Avo and bacon weren’t fresh at all and I was only able to stomach one bite. The chocolate frapp was delicious though! When I went to pay the employee didn’t tell me the price she only took my card and asked if I wanted to tip and how much I wanted to tip. I felt really uncomfortable with not knowing my total and being asked to tip. I feel enough pressure at every place I go to tip and it was inappropriate to be requested how much money I was going to give her. I would have appreciated a receipt with the option to add my tip discreetly on the receipt. Overall just a really sad experience, I was looking forward to a treat and left disgusted by the food and put on the spot to tip and still had no idea how much it all cost. Maybe would return but...

Very disappointed. Use to be one of my favorite coffee huts but new turnover not so good.. I asked for decaf almond mocha reiterating decaf because reg espresso makes me literally sick. When they handed me my drink I asked again, this is decaf right (I could tell they were busy and not really paying attention to my order)? The gal says, " Oh Love, no it's not, I'll do it again." So, figuring they had to have gotten it right the second time around unless they gave me the first one not caring about my oder I drank it down and 45 min later I'm almost too sick to function and have to lay down. PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR CUSTOMERS ORDERS!! I WILL be telling all our friends in that local area to not patronize...

I've been coming to this stand for years but no more! Since the new owner Nikki took over, it's been rotten service, incompetent baristas, price hikes, and nastiness from Nikki! She obviously has no clue on how to treat customers or make a simple drink! I have waited up to 20 minutes when I order one drink because barista will take the next order and begin it before finishing mine! Really? Don't get me started on ice...I'm paying for contents NOT ice! I do not understand why anyone would pay $5 plus dollars for a cup of ice! Really? Customers are always right...
