Yikes. I ordered a cheese pizza, wings, and breadstick bites. They asked if I wanted ranch or blue cheese, and I said ranch please. Super excited, tipped the staff and anxiously awaited our food! An hour later we received our food and got blue cheese instead of ranch. I brought the blue cheese and asked to exchange it for ranch ( I’m allergic to blue cheese) and the lady at the front turned around and asked if she should charge me extra. I stood there awkwardly while the girl I originally spoke with proceeded to tell me I asked for extra blue cheese and that I told her I was feeding a lot of people. I can guarantee I never asked for blue cheese let alone any blue cheese any at all, considering I’m allergic. Not to mention I’m only feeding my two small children so not “ a lot of people” like the girl said. I proceeded to tell her she must have me confused with someone else as she blindly hands me the ranch with an attitude. I work in the industry and I’m usually super chill with situations like this but considering I tried bringing it up directly with the staff and was treated like this... if I was the owner, I would like to know customers were being treated this way. Not to mention our pizza was damn near burnt to a crisp. Several other customers around me were talking about the sub par customer service as well. Super disappointed. We recently moved to the area, and this was our first outing in our new community. While my family and I were a bit disorganized at first trying to sort out payment, we got it figured out fairly quickly. Unfortunately, the woman who took our order seemed visibly irritated by our presence and acted as if taking our order was an inconvenience. I would like to note that it was not busy at all.
Based on other reviews, it sounds like this isn’t a one-off experience, which makes it even more disappointing. If this is the standard for customer service, it’s hard to justify returning for the food.
That said, we do enjoy the brewery and will continue to support that side of the business. However, I don’t anticipate coming back for the food anytime soon. I truly hope the management takes time to reflect on how customers are treated after all, a business can only thrive if people feel welcome.

This was a horrible week for me due to my mother passing from a long battle with cancer. Due to that, my mind has been very foggy and it’s taken me longer than usual to do just simple things - like decide what to order. My husband and I stood there for a few minutes, contemplating what to order and we were made to feel like we were a burden.
