Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Post Falls

I had called in my order for pickup around 4:00 pm for a lg stuff crust pizza with pepperoni mushrooms and olives and asked to put onions and peppers on half. I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I get there a few minutes early and the young lady said they were working on it. I sat down and waited and waited and waited. A half hour goes by. I asked how much longer. I was told they were working on it. I wait. I keep waiting finally a hour goes by. I asked where is my pizza. They try giving me 3 lg pizzas. I told them that wasn't what I ordered. The other young lady said it was my order and if not she asked if I wanted her to re make it or what. I said wow. I stated that yes I want it re made and how I originally ordered it. I wait longer. I waited and waited. I asked how much longer. I was told they were working on it. I wait. I keep waiting finally a hour goes by. I asked where is my pizza. They try giving me 3 lg pizzas. I told them that wasn't what I ordered. The other young lady said it was my order and I if I wanted her to re make it or what. I said wow. I stated that yes I want it re made and how I originally ordered it. I wait longer. After a hour and half goes by waiting I was told they made it and it was not correct again. I was asked if I wanted to cancel the order. I said yes and asked for a refund. I was given my cash back. After almost 2 hours No sorry for the long wait. No I apologize for not being able to get your order right. No have a good rest of your night. Nothing. I walked out and went to my car and called the customer service number to make a complaint and I heard that the customer service was closed. Just my luck. If I want to finish my complaint I would have to...

Lets start off by saying this: TERRIBLE customer service inside and over the phone, and UNDERCOOKED, RAW, DISGUSTING pizza. Placed an order online an hour in advance. Got there and my order wasn't even ready, asked why they said they werent sure why it wasn't ready but I could either wait the 20 minutes or forget the items that weren't ready, yeah cause I just wanna spend money and not get what I spent it on. I finally get my items get home to find out most of them are extremely under cooked. Pizza dough is soggy and the crust has no color at all. Cheese was like cardboard. Like I get it, you get what you paid for but that's ridiculous. Then I call them and ask to speak to a manager and the girl who answered said she was the manager for the night. For being a manger she sure had no idea what she was doing. I started out telling her what was wrong with my order and everything else she then goes wait are you an online order I said yes, she said she couldn't figure out how to find my order, then said she didn't know how to do it and that I'd have to call tomorrow morning because she couldn't figure it out. I asked her name she said uhhh and then said 'Tania' so who knows if that's really her name but she then tells me I have to call back after they open tomorrow at 11 and maybe someone will be able to help me or something because she can't and when I said how are they going to help me in the morning with an undercooked pizza right now she said throw it in the over I guess. Like I paid for a 'Hot and Ready' pizza not a cook it yourself when you get home. Not sure how they will be of help in the morning but I will definitely be calling...

I’ve been frequenting this place for close to 5 years now. I don’t like to leave a lot of scathing reviews, however, the ownership of the place needs to get this place under control. The pizza and crazy bread used to be awesome and very consistent and always ready. That all changed about a year and a half ago. And especially lately. We have been very disappointed. Both the service and the food has been bad. I will upload some pics for reference. The is no consistency in the food, and no service. You walk in and you may wait up to 10 minutes for someone to great you st the counter. I’ve walked out several times with out even seeing a person. And when there is someone there they come out and go want do you want. And usually it’s not ready and you’ll be waiting 15 or more minutes for a cheese pizza that is poorly made.

Like I said. I don’t like to leave bad reviews however it’s been well over a year and no improvement has been made. I like the convenience of in and out pizza joint but it’s ridiculous at this point.

Last week I showed up and ordered three cheese pizzas and two crazy breads and sauces. The young girl said it’d be a 7 minute wait for one of the pizzas. I said ok. After 15 minutes I had to leave and go get my son from the bus stop and come back and the pizzas were still not ready. They gave out the cheese pizzas to other customers that only wanted one or two as they came in while I was gone. And the pizzas and crazy bread I got were absolutely terrible. See pics.
