El Patio Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Stateline

A small group of us ladies try to go at least once or twice a month and have been for a few months now during happy hour as it starts right after we all get off. Service is and always has been hit and miss. The drinks are generally good as I'm the only not beer drinker in our group so not really hard to mess up a simple run and coke. The prices during happy hour are great! Now to our stop in today.... Service could've been better. Like lots better. Had to go to the bar to order our drinks and to me it wasn't that busy in order for it to take as long to get service as it did. I had a double rum and coke my friends has a beer. Same thing we always order HOWEVER today I was charged $7 for each of my drinks DURING happy hour!! It was bar rum the cheap stuff. I don't even pay that much for Captain's when it isn't happy hour. As I said we've been in there several times and I've never paid $7 for a BAR rum and coke, double or not. Seriously $7 for a bar rum and coke during happy hour??? Nevermind that the server...

After the plague of violence spread through downtown Spokane bars I became the kinda guy that preferred to sit at home and drink. But one night a coworker asked me to go to her favorite bar with her, and I agreed. She told me it was a little ways out from home but worth the drive, and after almost a year of coming here I couldn’t agree more. Hospitable staff, fantastic prices, and most importantly to me, the feeling of safety. Every bar sees a scuffle from time to time, but I have never seen anything more than a bruise or a busted lip walking out of those doors; a fresh change from the stretchers and crime scene tape I grew accustomed to seeing at other establishments. There is no bar within 500 miles that I’d rather go to. I cannot recommend this bar...

Question did El Patio hiring new bartenders because they don't know how to make drinks if I wanted soda I go to Walmart to buy it are used to enjoy going to El Patio but at the last few times I've been there the service has sucked the bartender care about that bar more than the tables I've waited 30 minutes to get served at the tables the last two times I've been there I went on 3/21/18 around 5:30 or so and the bartender said that the credit card machine was hung up but that's not true she was hanging on two guys at the bar so I believe my days going to the El Patio is over because I can get better drinks at the valley bar and...
