Saddle Sore Inn — Restaurant in Stateline

Stopped there for the 1st time- I liked it. It's a nice little place w/ friendly bartenders. The customers were friendly as well. Met a girlfriend of 1 of my husband's Co workers - He unfortunately had a massive heart attack while driving a big construction dump truck ( which he amazingly was able to drive off the road to avoid traffic TG) was able to hear an update , met a nice lady & got great news- unexpected but welcomed! I'll stop there again it's a sweet place. They have gambling machines plenty of space to kick back and visit w/ friends- or meet new ones! We only had a couple drinks ... don't know what foods they offer but there is a small kitchen in the back so some foods anyways. Non smoking but have a covered smoke...

Stopped for lunch during Fridays snow storm and was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. I had the Linda burger with onion rings and it was really good. The onion rings actually had real slices of onion in them. They also have a taco special on Friday. There's a taco bar set up and you can get 1 taco for $1 or all you can eat for $6....

This place is great!! Clean, good food, fantastic drinks. No smoking in the bar, so it's not stinky! We felt welcome. The parking isnt the best when they are busy and from the road you'd never know what fun little gem this place is. The smoking area outside, is warm and rustic, feels a little like camping.
