Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Pottstown

Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. UPDATE: A year ago I posted the Review below review and today I gave it a second chance figuring improvements had been made over the last year. I was wrong! Again, no napkins and all Ice in the cup and I was charged $13 for a meal (burger, drink, curds). With so many surrounding fast good places with lush better food this is just a shame - and a scam!

I just had the most disappointing DQ experience of my life. The girl at the window was great, I will say that but the food was terrible. The burger was merely fine. The cheese curds were like chewed bubble gum and the coating fell off more than half of them. No sauce was offered. The peanut buster parfait had less than 20 peanuts and about 2 tablespoons of chocolate. No napkins in the bag and there was so much ice in the cup I couldn’t get the straw in. For $15 I could eat in an actual restaurant and have significantly better food. I suppose serving the bare minimum is the way they make their money but I can’t imagine it is a good way to keep customers. This is not the first time I was disappointed in this location but after this “meal” it will certainly be my last visit. I will not spend another nickel at...

Well I used to love DQ as I used to call it cause it was something spectacular to see a nicely made cone of ice cream with that iconic swirl at the top but as I aged and realized that it wasn't about the swirl it was about the quality and quantity of ice cream that I received even ditched the swirl at the top to get it in a cup so I could eat and drive and enjoy one of my favorite treats but sadly they failed me now just like swirl disappearing from the top of the ice cream I to shall disappear from the queen establishment forever I got charged 10$ plus for 2 things my all time fav which is just some basic ice cream I could prob do at home and a smaller version of the same thing for my wife she got a small dish of twist with sprinkles I got a large cone in a dish with sprinkles and it was the exact same size as hers and get this barely any sprinkles on the ice cream to constitute a 1$ price hike per ice cream make it right or I'm jumping ship to any other creamery that deserves...

My son and I had lunch and blizzards. He enjoyed his cheeseburger and french fries. He got an oreo blizzard. Said it was good and had a good amount of oreo in it. My meal however, was not so great. I got the chicken strip basket. They were quite small with too much breading. Also, the chicken seemed like the cheapest frozen ones a place could buy. I do realize that all those chicken strips, fingers, tenders (or whatever each place calls them), are frozen. Some are way better than others though. The fries were good! My blizzard, was not a blizzard. I ordered a small peanut butter cup blizzard. There were NO pb cups in it. Seriously. None. A few specks of chocolate, but that was it. I could not taste any peanut butter what so ever. I dug through it and came upon nothing but chocolate ice cream. Overall, I'm happy my boy enjoyed it. I will not be going back to this...
