Hong Kong Wok — Restaurant in Pottstown

Delivery man is so nice! He is so sweet and always appreciative. Ordered here multiple times but I timed 4 delivery orders and my food came in less that 15 minutes. My order is always 100% right but they always forget forks and napkins but it comes well packaged and steaming hot. Lady on the phone is also very kind but has a thick accent so it was hard to understand her but that's not her fault whatsoever, she always writes down my order correct and fast(phone conversations last for 4 minutes on average). I always get the same thing and it's very filling, one platter gets me full super fast. I will say it's a bit expensive to the average person, (sorry if I misspell food) I ordered "1 platter of spicy general sos and pork fried rice and 1 platter of boneless spare ribs with shrimp fried rice" and I think the price was $26 but in my opinion it's worth it. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Never ever will i order from Hong kong house recently renamed from Hong kong wok (the chinese place located between dunkin donuts and dairy queen on high street) ever again. I ordered over the phone and place an order for a small Shrimp and broccoli they charged me for a large and the food was cold. I sent my boyfriend down to pay and the driver pocketed the change for my order plus my tip. When i called for the correct change and to correct my order they acted as if they couldn't be bothered...They have done this multiple times and I have said something to them about it before. They steal from there customers,give awful service and never send the correct order. If i could give negative stars i would purely for professionalism, lack of kindness and clearly morals. Will never order...

Would give them 0 stars if possible. It took over 2 hours for our delivery to arrive. I called after an hour and 15 minutes had passed and was told our delivery was "on the way". Half an hour later (1 hour 45 minutes since ordering at this point) I called back and was told once again that the order was on the way and when I questioned the fact that they had told me the same thing half an hour prior when we live 10 minutes from the restaurant they told me "we're busy" and hung up on me. No apology. No politeness at all. At least the food was hot...
