This wawa’s commitment to delivery order accuracy and customer service is pathetic. I ordered thru Uber eats. My order was improperly prepared. There were barely any mashed potatoes in my mashed potatoes bowl. I used to work at Wawa, and spend about $150 a month at various locations: i know the portions pretty well. The quesadilla was cold to the touch. The order was also missing a sour cream packet. These were the only two hot, prepared items I ordered. When I contacted the store via phone to ask if I could come in and get the food I paid for, they said they’d be “giving out free food” so they could not help me. They told me to contact Uber eats directly for a refund, which takes 48 hrs. She told me repeatedly that I was “not listening to her” and interrupted me to tell me she would not help me get my food. Terrible phone presence. The problem is, I just want a sour cream packet now....it’s for prepared hot food! I have -$5 in my bank account and don’t have the means to go out for food (that isn’t cold and underportioned!) now that I spent my money at this location. Not a mistake I’ll make again!
Still confused on this one: How is it giving away free food if I already paid for it via Uber eats?

You just might get to try it if you have an extra 30 mins to spare considering every god forsaken time I’m in there it’s empty, just grab an employee and they will surely fix it right? See if you ask any random employee to replace the empty vanilla iced coffee be prepared to get a rude response back 90% of the time with an equally rude face gesture like your asking them to do something that’s not there job but wait it is there job. Not every employee is rude but most are. Oh and if you’re lucky you can experience what’s it’s like on the late shift. It’s pretty mind blowing 🤯…..like I remember this one time recently where they had 3-4 employees in a huddle gossiping while my girlfriend was patiently waiting for someone to ring her out so she could leave and after 7-8 mins she just left her stuff there and walked out as nobody came to check her out. Has to be the worst one I've set foot into, from their food being burnt to lack of bags in the self checkout (someone here is muslim too, they REFUSE to add bacon when you order it, 3 times ive ordered with bacon and never got it, take a look at the other reviews, it seems to be a commonality with this wawa.) They have self checkouts but no bags. Ask them for a bag and why there is never any here, their reply "you have to show your receipt for a bag because of theft" then what is the point of a self checkout? No bags, this defeats the whole convenience of having self checkouts. You annoy your paying customers and youre wasting your own money by having these run for what?
