Hing San Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Pottstown

This is the first time ordering from here and it will be my last. I was extremely hungry and when I got my food it was horrible. The boneless spare ribs and pork fried rice were nasty. Both had a strange taste to them and considering how hungry I was and to still be disgusted at the first bite tells you something. I've ordered this meal at every Chinese restaurant through 2 or 3 county's and this is now the worst Chinese food meal I've ever had. They don't wash their hands. The lady came from behind the desk & put a little boy in the door, went back behind the counter & never washed her hands. Toddlers are running around in the kitchen area. Kids are in the kitchen area all the time. The boy went upstairs, put his bookbag down & came back to the kitchen area. Very unsafe for kids. The food was good. My daughter ordered general tso's chicken with white rice & fried chicken. The chicken is flavorful. The rice is soft. You have to ask for fresh chicken because it is sometimes hard.
