Sweets & Savories — Restaurant in Poulsbo

My friend and I ate lunch here today and the food was delicious! I had a hash with cooked veggies, salad greens and added avocado, an Amricano with cream and a gluten free peach/blueberry pastry (I don't remember what it was called - it started with a K). They were all perfect! My friend had a fresh tomatoe sourdough sandwich and a gluten free apricot cookie which she thoroughly enjoyed as well. I believe my hash was supposed to come with an egg, but I forgot about it until long after I'd eaten. The food was tasty and the staff was friendly but the tables and bar space are very limited. We found Sweets and Savories at the Poulsbo Farmer's Market this weekend, and we were delighted with our sweet and savory purchases. The loaf of bread we brought home was perfectly baked, and the chocolate tart and Nanaimo bar incredibly delicious. We especially appreciated that the sweets weren't too sweet, because of contrasting flavors used in recipes. We wandered in for lunch while our car was in the shop. My husband enjoyed chicken mushroom soup with crispy cheesy bread. I had the veggie hash with an egg in top.
