First time experience was not great. All staff except for the manager was pretty clueless on how the Regal app worked with my giftcard to prepay for concessions. I was called to a checkstand that I didn't realize was a credit only line. (The employee insisted that he notified me it was credit only, but I didn't hear him say that, I just saw him greet me and wave me over). After a few questions about the Regal app, which is how I paid for tickets, he rang me up and I wanted to pay with my giftcard that was connected to the app. He then informed me that their system was really outdated and he didn't know how i would be able to pay that way. So luckily I had a $20 bill which I was saving for gas, that's when he said his checkstand was credit only. So the staff made a big deal about switching me back to the cash line and having a different employee ring me up while they moved the current customer that was already there to a different checkstand. This young lady seemed to know a little more but still couldn't help me with my giftcard situation. At this point I was feeling a little embarrassed and flushed because I didn't want this to turn into a big deal. After I paid with the only cash I had, the manager then came around to make sure everything was all good. I explained to him what happened and he showed me himself on my phone how I could redeem my giftcard on the app.. great. But then told me for the next time I come in... not great... I live in bremerton and was just trying to take my daughter to a $2 cinema and it's about a 30 min drive. I gave them 3 stars because even tho that part sucked, I really like they have movies for $3 and half priced popcorn...

One of two things need to happen with this theatre. Either make the investments to update everything, remodel and get the facility up to standards. Or close the place down entirely.
I travel often and when I occasionally do go see a new movie in theaters, I lean towards a Regal theatre. Unfortunately that was a poor choice this time around. I should have noticed the signs early one when I was checking the seating map for an opening weekend gladiator movie, and only 1 seat was reserved an hour before showing. Let alone how completely dead the whole building was when it was opening weekend for Wicked as well.
Concessions were fine. Food was typical movie theatre pricing, but also not very good at all. A friend ordered the pizza and he said it tasted like cardboard. The staff were all young and mostly good. The theater itself was horrible. Sound was not very good, just seemed off the entire film. The seats were the worst part. Seemed like the original seats from 1999. And then to cap everything off, the bathroom was the absolute worst. I’m glad I was in there long, or god forbid that theatre had any actual foot traffic. They only had three open stalls, urinals all wrapped in plastic and water pipes removed. And smelled absolutely horrendous. Sink faucets were a slap away from coming completely off.
Based off of what I’ve seen in just one Saturday night, I am thoroughly shocked they even make enough revenue to keep the doors open.
My best recommendation. Book your movie night out at a different theatre. Considering this one will charge you the same price for an overall...
Read moreHighly underrated and underused theater. It may not have the recliners, but that sacrifice is worth it when you're not packed in like sardines. I've never had a problem finding seating in the optimal viewing area for both the 3D and standard viewing rooms. While this is a fortuitous experience for the customer, it's an unfortunate one for the company. Every room I've been in was cleaned & I never found a sticky spot walking through the aisles. Sound systems are average. It is lightly staffed and this can cause extended wait times at concessions.
The biggest problem is their location.
If you don't know where they are, you can easily pass right by. Nothing stands out about this theaters location. It sits down a short curved road from a 4-way intersection. Nestled behind multiple car dealerships it sits sideways so all you see coming up to it is brick facade With no eye catching signage, the long two brick walls & empty parking lot cause them to be more obscure as it blends in with the other infrastructure in the area. Regardless of that, I know that When I take my daughter to go see a movie, we will have a good experience. The few staff I have interacted with have always been kind and available to assist if needed. But when there is a rush of people due to a popular movie, they struggle to keep up. Don't get angry at them if it takes a while to get concessions, they can only do so much. They may not have all the fancy upgrades like higher end theaters, but I also don't want to pay over $25 each to view A movie. As long as they are in business i will remain a...
