STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!! The name on my receipt says her name is BRIANNA & employee number: 449643. All I know is she was a heavier black woman with short short hair and glasses. Went through the drive thru this morning (3-13-19) at 6:20. As I approach the drive thru speaker, an automated message said “sorry we are closed, please come back during business hours” then the lady came over the speaker and asked what we wanted. I ordered and once I approach the window, I was trying to help her by telling her that the speaker was still saying that they were closed. She replies “yeah it’s whatever!” So she gave me my food and drinks and I said “thank you” she replied with NOTHING! I started looking in the bag and there was no straws for the 3 drinks we had and no fork for the Hershey pie and no napkins! So I sat there at the window til I could get her attention. She comes over very frustrated looking and says “what?!” I very simply said “mam could we please have some straws, napkins and a fork?” I honestly wasn’t expecting anything different but was very astonished when she acted the way she did when I asked! She rolls her eyes, huffs and puffs and says “ oh my God!” Again I wasn’t expecting much from this “manager “ but could not believe she went as far as acting and saying what she did! As she hands me the items with an aggravated tone and starts to walk off after I said “thank you!” Again with nothing at all said on her end, I asked her what her name was and she heard me because she stopped and turned around and walked back to the window, I was thinking she was coming back to address her name and she shuts the window in my face!!! I have experienced some bad customer service but I have NEVER been treated this way by a “MANAGER” I will NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER be back to this location and I will address this situation...
Read moreAfter previous exceptional experience of this location thought I would try it again on the way home one night. Too bad there couldn't be a Repeat Performance. They have a sign on their drive-thru that they're closing early due to Staffing shortage so not surprised to set in line for 15 minutes to place an order, they are short-handed after all ! Order Whopper Junior and cheesy tots. Told they are out of cheesy tots so order mozzarella sticks. 10 minutes to get up to window. So I asked me what I ordered, so I told him. He then said you didn't order a bacon double cheeseburger and jalapeno poppers? Tell him no order Junior and mozz sticks. He had to call the manager over to change my order!? So I paid him waited another 8 minutes to get my food. I see 4 employees in my line if view literally. walking around "chatting". Then there are at least the manager & cook out of sight. (Shorthanded?)by now it is 10 on the dot, closing time. I'm 30 minutes from home I know it won't be edible if I wait till I get home, so I pull over get my burger out going to Salt and Pepper it and put salt on the mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks were barely warm and still very firm all the way through and the burger had not an ounce of warmth anywhere on it bread, meat, nothing! It was closing time and there we're still six cars in line. As long as it had taken me to get my order placed and picked up I wasn't about to go back through that line! Saddest $5 I...
Read moreI went through the drive thru to be greeted by 2 of the most polite young men. The first one took my order and left me with you have a blessed day. The second one greeted me at the next window with my drink and stated ma'am I'll be right back with your food, but had the most pleasant smile on his face. In today's world you are not greeted by all teenagers like these two. This isn't a compliment for one race either each one was of a different race. I asked for a compliment card because I felt that these nice young men needed to know how much their kindness meant to someone. These two young men are a good example of what we all should work towards as employees. They seems to be happy and enjoying their job at least to the customers which made for a wonderful experience. Their manager came to me and she was just as pleasant and beamed like a proud mother when she heard why I wanted a compliment card. This also goes to show if the bosses treat their employees good it just trickles down to everyone. The manager did not share her name but she did share the young men's name so I could give them a nice shout out and compliment. So to the sweet young men: Ryan and Branson, I want to personally thank you and commend you both on your work ethics and your sweet personalities. Don't let anyone change you and continue to carry yourself as I saw you this week through our life. You two are...
