I used to frequently order from the W Emory Rd location, however, pizzas would be delivered burnt or not baked long enough, too much sauce or not enough, large chunks of vegetables or so small that I had to search for them. The one thing they were consistent in was being inconsistent. I would call them to complain about the food. They would send out another one which usually took 30+ minutes. Sometimes the pizza would be better but sometimes it wasn't. I got so sick of it that I didn't order from them for about two years. I ordered two pizzas last night, one for me and one for my guest. One pizza was a thin crust and it was burnt so much around the outer part of the crust that she couldn't eat it. Another pizza was delivered and it was mediocre at best. I ordered a spinach and feta cheese pizza on a hand tossed crust. Part of my crust was burned. There was so much sauce that I had trouble picking up a slice without it running down my hand. I won't order from this store again. Why is it that people won't take pride in their work? I went there today to get an online order, I was a little early and the person at the register told me it would be 10 minutes. 20 minutes later I ask and it's ready, someone should have told me but oh well. So I go to The register and the person at the register starts helping someone else. Well there was an issue so I finally ask one of 4 of the drivers standing there if I can grab my pizza. He grabs it for me and I say oh I'm also supposed to have sauce and he says I'm getting it. Very rude. I finally get home and open my pizzas and sure enough one of them was completely the wrong thing. Will not be going there for a long time. Also just a note I saw an employee answer her phone and stay on a phone call while making pizza crust. That is very unsanitary and she should have washed her hands after touching her phone. Read moreI put in all the same information I do every time I've ordered from them. This isn't even the first time they've made ordering from them difficult. I get the textes updates and everything. Says my food had been delivered it wasn't. I call the store like 6 times and it rang all the way through til it starts doing the dial up scream in my ear until someone FINALLY ANSWERS . And I ask why my food wasn't delivered and why no one called me. Summer says she ran it herself and the address was invalid. She's been here before btw. I ask her a question on when she'll be back and she hangs up. I came back and ask to talk to a manager. She hangs up. I call back she says she is a manager. And threatens to cancel my order. I call back and tell her that I just want my food and she canceled my order. Which took the free pizza that I earned. Just drive to a different location and don't even bother...
