The other day we went here and were immediately greeted by by friendly staff. I had my kids with me and you know how kids are they say one thing and mean the other. The cashier was very patient and answered all our questions since we hadn’t gone to a Culver’s in years. After we ordered the cashier said they were making it fresh just for us. I had my doubts about it actually being fresh but oh well why fight it. After getting a number and drinks and all that we sat down in a booth (which was nice and clean might I add). And waited for our food. When we got our food everything was perfect I had gotten a butter burger with cheese and some cheese curds both tasted amazing and the cheese curds even squeaked as you chewed them. My two kids got chicken tender kids meals and fries both of them said they tasted good and if my kids like something you had better believe it’s good. My youngest son only ate one chicken tender so I tried the other and WOW it was actually the best chicken tender is ever had it was very tender and breaded just right. When we finished eating we took the coupons from the kids meal bag and ordered custard. It’s basically ice cream but really creamy and it’s quite soft but definitely tasty. As we left one of the employees wished us a good rest of our day. So moral of the story if you want a quick bite to eat and quality service GO...
Read moreThe golden rule for fast food restaurants is for an order to go out in 3 minutes or less so why did we wait almost 20 minutes for our food and the people with us waited over 20 minutes for their food? Only to get cold, soggy fries, a luke warm, SALTY (who puts salt on their burgers????) burger and an unmixed concrete MIXER. It was not until a few months ago that we ever had to wait over 5 minutes for food at this particular Culver’s.
Whoever bought this franchise either needs to sell it back or sell it to someone who knows how to run a fast food restaurant because the new owners are not doing a good job.
There aren’t enough workers to make sure orders are being taken and food is getting out on time. What happened to there being 3-4 people at the counter and 5-6 people helping prepare food? Not to mention empty garbages, fill the lid and straw dispensers, and clean off tables.
Culver’s has always been known as a great place to eat because they offer fast service, fresh food, and a clean environment but that’s not the case with this one.
Dairy Queen down the road will be getting a lot more business after eating here tonight.
Do better...
Read moreBeen here many times, but tonight got great service from Dante. He did a good job and was attentive, something I’ve missed at other locations and businesses. Good food, what you expect from Culver’s. If in the area you need to stop here.
A year later and not so good. My food was fine, tasty and what I would expect from a Culver’s restaurant. My malt on the other hand was absolutely atrocious. I’m not going to say how old I am, however it’s been at least half of a century. I grew up in the Milwaukee area most of my life, which allowed me to get some really good frozen custard. Places like Kopps’, Leon’s, Oscars, Gillies’, and La Duk’s. I think this makes me a bit of an expert on frozen custard and malts. My Hot Fudge Malt was way overloaded with malt powder and Hot Fudge. It was not thick or even cold. I felt like I was drinking a super thick hot fudge drink. You can see in the video that a Malt/Shake should not be so liquid. I am super disappointed. Culver’s you...
