LOS PLEBES SEAFOOD & GRILL — Restaurant in Prairieville

I've gone to this place two weeks in a row. Both times have been on a Friday night. There was a DJ so the atmosphere was very lively. The service was GREAT both times. The Food has been DELICIOUS! I've had Guacamole, Mexican Pizza, and a Shrimp Quesadilla. The chips and salsa are great. One of the servers handed me some Blue Plate Mayo to try with it. Actually there is a bottle of Blue Plate on every table. It is surprisingly tasty. Its different and something I would have never thought of combining..salsa and blue plate mayo.

Now let me get to the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. The Margaritas need lots of work. The 2 for 1 margaritas are horrible! They could be 4 for 1 and I would not get them again. Someone needs to work on that recipe ASAP. I also got a top shelf with Don Julio with Grand Marnier Margarita. It was just okay.

Overall it's a solid restaurant, with Delicious Food, Great Service and a Great Atmosphere. I would recommend giving them a try. We will definitely...

I drove 30 minutes to place a pick up order. There was no one in the restaurant. I drive 30 minutes back home only to notice. I don't have all my food and when I call a woman. Answers the phone and then hangs up on me. And then I call back and there was no one there. Able to help me over the phone with my issue. So I drive another 30 minutes back now. It's an hour later and I am very upset. I get to the restaurant and it's a huge language barrier issue. No one seemed to care that my food was not all package together or together. Los Plebes, which means the "common people" is a nice place filled with courteous and friendly employees. The atmosphere is lively and festive, tonight there was a bingo game going on and at one point a DJ playing music. The food was good but not great, same with margaritas. The menu is primarily in Spanish with very small text below each option in English. There is also somewhat of a language barrier in some cases so just be aware ordering may be problematic at times.
