Update: I've tried to go back three times to see if things have changed and the location has been out of roast beef ALL THREE TIMES 🤣 Anyway, yeah, this place is terrible. Stay away.
Today, 8/2/2024, between 9:10 and 9:20pm, my family and I tried to order food at the Prattville Arby's, which used to be the best fast food restaurant in town. We used to ring the bell (IYKYK) after every visit because it was so good. Well, their once stellar customer service is a thing of the past. I've ignored problems the last two times I went, but I'm not letting this experience slide.
First problem: the sign on the door says lobby is open until 10pm. Nope. Locked tight at 9:10pm. One employee in the lobby laughed at me when I tugged at the door, and the lady working drive-thru shrugged.
Second problem: I should've left the , but my kid was hungry, so DT is was. The lady on drive thru asked if my coupon was expired. While I was trying to find the date, she kept cutting me off. I asked her to let me look. She cut me off, and I asked her to please let me talk. I read off the date, which was 8/31/2024 and she audibly sighed, as if she was upset that she actually had to take my order.
Third problem: I began to order, saying I wanted two of the 2 for $7 gyros (the coupon said a limit of three). She said, okay, which two do you want? I tried to say I wanted four total, but she cut me off. With undeserved attitude she said, "I know you want 4!"
I will not be yelled at, nor will I ever go back to this location. No wonder the parking lot is always empty these days. Truly sad and disappointing. I hope new management is hired ASAP, or Arby's will be the next in the long line of store closures...

The manager was very rude and nasty with me for wanting a refund on my order, another employee was video recording me without my consent (legal actions will be taken). You look at the photos and you tell me if you'd pay $16 for this meal. The large fries were not half full, the burger had maybe 2 slices of meat. Not to mention I didn't even get a large drink with a LARGE MEAL! The manager was ugly and said "everything is made by weight" You can't tell me this is the proper weight on a $13 burger! The burger alone costs $13. Arby's will definitely be getting a suit filed against them for the conduct of the manager and employee recording me without my consent! There are cameras inside the restaurant for instances like this. That employee has no purpose or business recording me without consent. I asked the manager for her name and the employees name, and she tried to play the victim! The Manager told me to leave and never come back or she would have me arrested. I'LL NEVER GO BACK! No worries. It was absolutely disgusting,uncomfortable and unprofessional the way I was treated...
Read moreSent my sister to get me a limited time fried turkey cheddar and bacon sandwich before they stopped serving them because I had 2 in the past couple of weeks and like them. However, what I received was anything but what I ordered!! It's supposed to have WARM thick slices of turkey with slightly melted cheddar cheese and bacon on a round bun. I was given a square sandwich, cut in half with COLD thin sliced turkey, a cold crumbling slice of cheddar cheese with lettuce, tomatoes, red onion and worst of all a SPICY mayo type substance. Turkey has such a mild flavor that any amount of spicy covers up the taste of the turkey immediately. The crust edges of the bread were hard. The entire sandwich was a disaster! I am very disappointed because I have enjoyed this Arby's limited edition offer for the holidays on two other occasions and was hoping to do so once more before this holiday season is over. Just like for most people, it doesn't make fiscal sense to drive back to return the order for a correct one, so I just lost that money! 🙄 It's also not like any fast food place is going to care whether they screwed you...
